Aqua park, Food, staff were great .. the hotel was not luxurious as expected from 5 stars hotel and the room was poor.

Its a great place to have fun with the kids, dedicated and courteseous stuff, and incredible shef. Only one con, lack of internet, so plan ahead, if you need one.

2nd stay in this hotel. Amazing staff and animation team. Kept us busy throughout. U feel engaged all the time. Landscape is well maintained.
Cleanliness of plates in main restaurant.
Pillows not so comfy.
Room furniture is getting old.

Accueil et personnel top ( merci à mustafa et Mohamed les agents d’entretien pour les différentes déco faite dans notre chambre) équipe d’animation sympathique ( tito foued et la belle Jasmine et le reste de la team)
Le staff très gentil et serviable ( ramadane yahia le maître nageur…)
Points négatifs
Animation toujours identique (water-polo aquagym stretching) a revoir
Sono dans la salle de spectacle trop forte
Je sais pas si c’est lié au covid ou non mais le buffet n’est pas assez vaste malgré les différents emplacements vide manque du sucré le matin mais c’est mon avis personnel
La piscine à nettoyer en fin de journée elle devient pas tres propre
Les snacks près des piscines et de la plage on a vite fait le toujours et nous sommes tombé malades tourista
De manière générale c’est un très bon hôtel agréable 5 étoiles mais certains points à améliorer dans l’animation au niveau des choix d’activité la journée et la restauration ça mérite 3 voir 4 étoiles pas plus.
