Çocuklar için iyi bir otel, çiftler için kabus. Hiç bu kadar gürültülü bir otel görmemiştim! Yemekler berbat, kahvaltıda servis ettikleri beton somunlardan bahse**iyorum bile. Ayrı uyumak zorunda kaldık çünkü çift kişilik yatak istiyorsak zemin katta olmamız gerekiyordu ama gecikme nedeniyle bu imkansızdı sonunda 1. katta kaldık ama bilmiyorum. sabah 4'te kapılar çarpılıyor ya da koridorda bağıran insanlar olsaydı, zemin katta daha iyi durumda olamazdık. Banyoya gelince, bu konuyu uza**ayalım, duş kabini kapanmıyor dolayısıyla duşu su basıyor ve tuvalet sallanıyor.. KISACA

一直以來孩子們都很喜歡Nubia酒店，第三次入住該酒店，不過現在改名字了哈。。水上樂園很好玩，價格貴了吃的確沒以前好了。。

Hotel is lovely,rooms everyday clean . Good couple of days away to get some sun. Entertainemt staff good and friendly specially animations team I like them and also staff good barman faster and I took beautiful food in restaurant principal also Italian thank you for all gues

Housekeeping bad. When we arrived, the room given to us was dirty, because we arrived in the middle of the night, we reported it next day and the room was cleaned properly but then again it wasn't cleaned for the next 2 days, only the bed was made. We had to pay the cleaner to do some job, he cleaned the room but the next day we had a different cleaner who was a bit better than the first one but in general, the cleaning is very poor. Food, omg the worst I ever experienced. I don't even know where to start…food not cooked properly, the chicken they serve for lunch is pink inside and it's been like this every single day not just on one occasion so not edible and that's the most attractive food you will find for lunch so you can imagine what the rest looks and tastes like. Ketchup and honey watered-down, fries cold, bread rolls not fresh etc…. Dinner I won't even go into details as soon as you walk in, the awful smell of grease makes your appetite go away, every night the same food is served so most nights we eat elsewhere. Breakfast we had only twice, had eggs and that's it. The first holiday I actually lost weight that's the only positive side :) Entertainment, we didn't even know existed when we asked at reception if there is any, we were told to find the members and ask them, the woman at reception couldn't be bothered less, at least she could explain that the entertainment is at the beach and starts at 10pm, its quite far to walk to so if you have any mobility you will be put off. The excursions at hotel booked with sun international is total rip off, they tell you everything is included but it's not, for example we booked Luxor £80 pp, only lunch and one 0.5L bottle of water included for trip that lasted from 4am till 10pm, even toilets you don't get for free, cost 1$ only free toilet you get is for lunch. Prices for drinks you can purchase at stops is like you are in Monte-Carlo. If you read this, trust me do yourself a favour and book another hotel.

Myself, my wife, brother in law and his fiancé are currently at this hotel. Where do I begin? Well let's start with kn the first day, my brother in law and his partner had to change rooms 3 times due to being dirty and having g dead cock roaches in the shower. On to day 2, we went for breakfast and tbh it was awful! Drinks are served in plastic throw away cups, beer is half a cup and half froth. Spirits are disgusting. After day 2, we decided that enough was enough, now have been put every evening since day 2. So after paying over £1300 for all inclusive, we are having to pay to eat out. My advice, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Stay away

We went to El Karma last week. The rooms and washrooms are a bit shabby. Like a 3 star, travelodge in the UK. There are only a couple of disabled rooms in the whole hotel. There is no elevator to go into the main building to eat. So if you cannot walk up the stairs please avoid. The vitamin bar and juice is mot free however the price can be bargained down. They have a nice selection of pools and the waterpark is great and so is access to the beach. Food is mediocre. not much choice for breakfast and dinner and food is recycled and repetitive. Lunch is better as it is served on the beach. Overall I would give it 3 out of 5. The hotel needs to refurbish all the rooms and washrooms. It seems they are always spending money on the grounds but no attention given to any of the rooms.

I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to all my family and friends who are planning to come to Hurghada.Food service is excellent and our hotel room was cleaned daily. Thoroughly enjoyed it - amazing holiday. This hotel provided a comprehensive experience as it contains a water park, night-time entertainment, very convenient eating windows and also it's own beach. Would highly recommend visiting the beach at sunrise for some stunning pictures.

The Karma Hotel is a very clean place and the trea**ent is good Hotel was fantastic food was amazing and the staff were very hospitable,, the room was nice, and loved the pool and beach Everything is really beautiful. (Tasnim and Assonta ) Team work at the top of taste and discrimination from the best people who have been dealt with.

Where do I start. Food is awful very repetitive. And sometimes cold. If there is animation team we haven’t seen them and have been here six days already. Disco theque is never open. Shop in the hotel is a rip off.
