My husband and I had a good stay. The room was very clean. The beds are very comfortable. Very quite and safe place to stay. The only bad thing was there pricing on the food and drinks they have down stairs. We got an ice cream really really small cup ice cream 7dollars( crazy). But still bought it and still ate it lol Thank you for a safe and quite place to stay.

The stay was just average. I did not receive room service during my stay. I had to request fresh towels as needed. My first morning on the property they closed breakfast early. I always enjoy the hot tea that is readily available and the hotel decor of Tru by Hilton hotels. The location is ok and was a decent amount of time away from everywhere that I needed to go.

This was a nice and clean hotel with a great common area and good breakfast. Reasonable price as well.

Overall, the hotel is amazing. So many details really make it special. I would recommend to anyone I know.
However, i observed on two different occasions what appeared to be homeless men in lobby. One i saw waiting at back door like he was used to being let inside, then again the next morning i saw him And another get on elevator. The other had a full plate of the breakfast food.
The clerk at front desk when i arrived was delightful, but extremely hard to understand.

The moment the doors opened and I was greeted warmly and invitingly, my anticipation of an uptight traditional - Hilton hotel stay were gone. Well Appointed. Smart. Cordial Staff.

The pool was not heated and my son wanted to go swimming which is why I picked this hotel. My room was on the 3rd floor and front desk came to get me out of my room to come talk to another customer that was staying on 2nd floor that complained about noise. I did not even have the tv on and was actually putting my son to bed so noise was obviously not coming from my room. I was bothered that the front desk came to bother me all the way to 3rd floor instead of investigating to see if noise was maybe coming from next door. They could have handled the situation instead of bothering another customer. I will definitely not be returning to this hotel and would not recommend it. I was also disappointed in the breakfast. They could have had more options.

Will never stay at this hotel again. Rude staff and very noisy. Bring your earplugs because you can hear your neighbors conversations and kids above stomping on the floor. Hotel staff said they could not control the noise level of customers and said I could leave but would not get a refund!!! I would rather sleep in my car than stay here.
