The pool was closed and that’s the main reason we booked because it had an indoor pool. They should let you know at time of booking if pool will be closed. Other than that our stay was good.

Great location. Food, activities. Close to main highways. Good (not fabulous) breakfast buffet.
Only problem was the toilet! Shortest toilet we’ve ever seen… about 2” lower than a standard height. Felt like a big kid in a kindergarten classroom chair :)

This is my third trip to Hutchinson that I chose to stay at this hotel this time around again. I was placed on the third floor in room 304 the room had a stench of mildew in the bathtub there was Rust really bad to the point that it was hard to get my children to even take a shower. The shower curtain was very dirty looking. The mini fridge in my room did not work. It just blew hot air. The stairway going up to the floor third floor had trash and cigarette butts all over the floor. I was very disappointed. The one positive thing I can say is the staff at the front desk are always so kind and very helpful.

It’s a great hotels to stay at. It’s very clean. Breakfast is wonderful! The staff are very helpful and friendly.

A great place to stay if you can block out the train whistles. We have stayed here several times and I have never heard so many trains go by during the night.

My Mom stayed in your hotel and had an episode where she coudn't get up and the front desk person was SO helpful making the situation so much better.

Super friendly staff, excellent food selections, but, the heated pool was quite chilly. My family, doggo included, had a wonderful stay.

I've stayed here many, many times over the years. Showing its age, but still nice enough to be a great value.

The only thing we didn’t like, was the coffee. It was horrible. Everything else was excellent.
