Booked due to location being close to an event I was attending. Had a great experience. Hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The room was spotless and very clean - which I’m a stickler for! Close to a pub, fast food drive through and a supermarket. Met all my needs- also slept really well so no complaints here

This hotel is great. The people at the front desk make your stay very easy and smooth out any issues quickly and without fuss. It appears that the rooms have been recently refurbished. The bed is comfortable and are a good size. The is no iron or ironing board in the room, but are readily available from the front desk. The shower is hot, has a good pressure and is exactly what you need after a long day!

We stayed here to be close to relatives and this was our 2nd stay there The hotel was perfectly situated for us. The bedroom was a good size, very clean with a very comfortable bed. Also, a reasonable bathroom with a good power shower. All in all, everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Reception staff were were exceptionally friendly and there was always someone available on duty.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The cooked breakfast was ok but the tomatoes had an fatty taste and the sausages were a little over cooked. Apart from that I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I’ve stayed in plenty of premier inns before, you get what you pay for and I’ve never had a problem but Tameside (Hyde) are quite simply the best. The friendliest staff, the cleanest rooms and the most comfortable bed. We couldn’t fault a single thing and at a ridiculously low price too. We’d come back in a heartbeat, we couldn’t recommend highly enough. Thank you!

As a disabled person I would like to share my highly positive experiences whilst staying at the Premier Inn Manchester Tameside (Hyde) hotel. The staff in the hotel and the Mottram Wood - Pub & Carvery have been very helpful and so understanding. All the hotel reception team and cleaners have been really supportive during my many recent stays at the hotel. I can't thank them enough for how they have made my time at the Premier Inn so positive. I would particular like to thank Chloe, who has been a star and deserves additional recognition for what she has done to help make my time at the hotel such a good experience. Excellent staff, friendly and really polite. Rooms really tidy and clean. Everyone working there, were helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed couldn't fault it one bit, room was spacious for a family with teenage children
