The location is fantastic, right next to Palas. The staff in reception were very friendly and we were able to leave our luggage there for a few hours before our flight.
The room was great: very comfy BIG bed and great facilities (mini-fridge, TV, good room heating, lots of towels, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries). The only thing that could be improved would be the cleanliness in the shower cabin - the sealant in the shower cabin desperately needed replacing and the shower head and cable need to be cleaned properly (there were noticeable deposits). The water pressure was also pretty low but I think that was because of the cold weather so couldn't really be helped). Other areas of the bathroom and room were spotless.
The breakfast was delicious and there was an option to have breakfast in the room, which we took advantage on on our furst day. The restaurant staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Overall, we had a GREAT stay during a stressful trip and we would definitely stay there again.

宣傳啥都有，到了啥都沒有。電視小，空調壞，電話off line，洗澡水壓小的不能再小，健身房不開放，問前台為什麼沒有，前台服務員：“你就訂了一天” 我無語了。進去了15分鐘，12：30 找他們退也不給退，還是攜程給力給我返還了一點現金。

Nice hotel. Has a couple of nice places to eat within. Situated within walking distance of a great shopping centre and the palace. Easy transfers and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet was great! The bar on the top floor serves great cocktails.

Very clean hotel, very well positioned, very kind staff, verry good food, everything on superlative. The spa, although I didn't use it, just visited, is more than enough for relaxation. I think that is the Best hotel in Iași. Everything was grate.

Hotel International Iași and its team have proven to be an excellent partner, assistant, guide and friend for our trip to the city of Iasi. Professional staff, outstanding customer service, friendly environment, kind host, fantastic room quality, fine restaurant - allowed for a relaxing and soothing experience. We strongly recommend Hotel International Iasi for any stay in the city of Iasi.

Professional and friendy staff, I had a clean room every day, excellent and various breakfast, the spa with the jacuzzi, hamam and sauna is so nice for relaxing. International Hotel is near the big Palas Mall, a lot of shopping restaurants and Barsat 5 minutes walk. I highly recommand this Hotel, where I'll be back soon.

I stayed at Hotel International Iasi for 3 nights on a business trip. The hotel is in a good location 5 minutes walk from Palas Mall and about 10 minutes walk to the centre of the city. The room was pleasant and spacious with a big bed and great views overlooking the Palace of Culture. However, there was noise from nearby bars that carried on into the early hours. This wasn’t too much of an issue for me, but it did disturb some of my colleagues staying on the higher floors, so lighter sleepers may want to request to stay on the other side of the hotel. The only other slight inconvenience was that the room didn't have an iron. I requested one from reception and was brought just an iron and told there were no ironing boards, so I had to improvise and use the desk! I only ate breakfast on one morning and didn't think much of the buffet food. The coffee bar was pretty decent, though. Overall, it was a decent stay.
