7Pines Resort Ibiza

The 7 Pines Resort in Ibiza is an exceptional hotel!!! From the moment you get there, you are greeted with the utmost professionalism, kindness, and a genuine smile. All employees love what they do at 7 Pines and their goal is to help you have an exceptional stay. Raul greeted us and helped make our check-in seamless. He explained all aspects of this beautiful hotel and greeted us daily with the greatest hospitality. The hospitality at 7 Pines is unbeatable.....from Alvaro the general manager to Marta in Concierge. These two individuals work effortlessly to provide you with the greatest insight regarding things to do while in Ibiza. They helped guide us and made any and all reservations for us to have an unforgettable experience on our vacation. The rooms were large with a kitchen and comfortably decorated. The pool area was gorgeous with exquisite views. Breakfast was wonderful as well. I emailed the concierge prior to arrival to coordinate some reservations. Jacob and Marta took things to a different level and made sure that any reservations they made for us were on the top tier of customer satisfaction. We dealt primarily with Marta while at the hotel and she is at a level that exceeds excellence. Alvaro is a Hotel manager's dream!!! He always made sure that all guests were treated in the most hospitable way. Hotels should clone the employees at 7 Pines. This is definitely a hotel that exudes quality and excellence on every level. Thank you so much for helping us have a magical stay and vacation in Ibiza. We will miss 7 Pines and all of you!!!!

Incredibly well designed and well run hotel with superb staff who take pride in accommodating every request. Such a rare thing even in hotels which pretend to be 5 star but this hotel delivers. Smiles and high standards from the welcome Bellini. Despite a request or two that would probably be politely refused in most other hotels here the instant answer was “Yes, how can I help you more?” Outstanding. Incredible views, cleanliness and a feeling of space just says excellent management to me. Superb pools with room ensured by clever but unobstrusive monitoring of sun bed use so as not to have hogging by the usual suspects. A very very fine hotel and resort. Hard to leave

The staff were incredibly friendly from the moment we checked in ) if not a little slow admin wise) and as we arrived early we opted to have lunch in one of the restaurants overlooking the bay. The view is to die for .. on your left is a small bay for swimming and infront if you is the famed Es Vedre island, supposedly the second most magnetic place on the planet , i did feel an intense emotion from the view but whether it was to do with this fact I will never know! We opted for a sea view suite which was in the family area. It was light and airy with a fabulous balcony - it was like a small apartment and perfect for our stay. The resort although large, didn’t feel so because of the way it is designed. We absolutely loved walking down to the rocky uncrowned beach for a swim each day ( take beach swimming shoes ) . The main infinity pool is lovely too ( although more busy). Along with the rocky cove, the highlight for me was the sunset dj session (although again you need to book to get a good seat) . With mellow Balearic music being softly played as we watched the sun go down and a magnificent pink sunset light up the sky which suddenly revealed the silhouette of Formentara - as the sun faded the dj played a mournfully beautiful tune until you could see it no more. The experience was utterly magical. The hotel is five star but I would give it 4 and a half as for us the food let it down. The restaurants all catered for our gluten intolerance although i do wish there were a few more vegetarian options and the restaurants in the evening were hard to book, so we ended up having to have room service which was annoying. I just felt the food a little bland and not much choice for us (especially room service wise ), we had the same meal three times ! They say there are numerous restaurants but in reality two share the same menu- and the food and drinks were very expensive for what you get. Ibiza has a taxi shortage so I’m assuming the restaurants were full because of this. If you do go and want to explore the island you must hire a car . We weren’t there long enough to worry and just stayed on site for two days and enjoyed this heavenly hangout.

This is not a 5-star hotel at all: - 40 cm hanging space for your clothes - ridiculously small bathroom - adults only pool is also for children - 2 glasses of champagne cost 55 euros, which is 5 stars, and are put on the table without refreshments - basically a glorified flat park adjacent to private houses - gastronomy is very poor Roel van de Wiele

I came for a business trip and was amazed by this hotel. comfortable room, amazing beds, sheets and towels, top quality room, lovely soaps and shampoo. amazing service, friendly attentive staff - and most of all the best view.

We stayed at 7Pines at the beginning of October, our stay was amazing. Rooms were very clean, a very good size, bed extremely comfortable. Service from the whole 7Pines teams was excellent and ensured our stay stress free and very relaxing. Could not recommend the resort enough.

We had a wonderful experience at 7Pines, the facilities are great, really clean and well equipped and the staff super friendly. Our only two frustrations were that the rooms are quite a walk from the hotel reception and they only had one buggy working, which isn't an issue for many but as my partner had a sprained ankle, it negatively impacted our experience. Also, and more importantly the water seemed incredibly over priced compared to other resorts we stayed in - 8 Euros for less than a litre, soon adds up when you can't drink water from the tap. For a lifestyle hotel, I'd encourage the hotel to relook at this and offer reusable water bottles that can be refilled at water stations at reception. Our previous hotel in Ibiza did this and it worked very well

My now husband and I stayed at 7pines for 8 nights over the week of our wedding & we absolutely made the right choice of place to base ourselves for our special week. Firstly, the hotel & all its amenities are pristine and to the highest standard. Every inch of the complex felt clean & modern. Secondly, the views are second to none. Even from our room we could see the pool & Es Vedra in the distance. Thirdly, the customer service was second to none. Upon arrival the staff had left balloons & champagne in the room & after the wedding day yet more strawberries & wine. The staff on the front desk always greeted us with a smile & no ask was too big. Only area for improvement is the breakfast - whilst it offers a great choice, taste and flavour wise the food perhaps isn’t up to as a high of a standard as a hotel of this calibre should expect. Also to add - taxis are impossible to come by but this is more a wider issue of the island. Staff can help order one but there’s not guarantee of if/when it will arrive. If you’re planning to venture out of the resort then hire a car. All in all a 10/10 stay & we can’t wait to return.

It would be to ha a professional beamer and screen for the meeting room, perhaps dar curtains or sun screens to lower the light in the meeting rooms during the presentations. having more comfortable seats for long sessions of presentation.
