Not a 5-star hotel - but deserves a 5-star review! Had a wonderful week here. Room 503 had magnificent uninterrupted sea views and a huge terrace with loungers and hot tub. Worth it for this alone! Add very comfy beds, and extremely friendly and helpful staff, and this place is an absolute winner. Yes, it’s a little dated as others have said. But it’s full of charm. This is substance over style. Brilliant location with 2 minute walk to gorgeous beach with turquoise sea. Highly recommend the Palladium Cala Llonga if you are looking for a relaxed, easy and comfortable stay in a hotel that focuses on good old fashioned customer service.

Lovely holiday for our first but not our last visit to the Palladium in Cala Llonga. This is a fabulous, quiet location. There are bars and restaurant only minutes away. But why would you ?? the food is absolutely excellent, best all inclusive food and service we have experienced in a very long time. It looks like new bars are also being updated But this is a residential area - low noise policy all round Staff go out of the way to make sure your experience is the best possible. The hotel to be honest is a little tired, rooms are clean but quite basic. When checking in, we were encouraged to feed back any problems. The upper floors you will require a head for heights, but the view is amazing Hotel is well served by taxis, ferries and coach to many locations. We found taxis brilliant & cheaper than ferry, probably English prices. 10 - 12 euros to Santa Eulalia, which is beautiful and very well served. Recommend Liquid bar on the marina and Bollywood next door for a really good Indian meal. The staff work tirelessly to bring you the best experience during your stay. Entertainment nightly is only for 1 hour - they do try..... but the building is very low and acoustics are quite noisy. Paulo is a really lovely girl apologies if spelling wrong works none stop to ensure guest are well catered for. Lorenza in guest relations is super helpful - bar staff fantastic. If you can look past the rather dated interior the view - from all front facing aspects are spectacular, food & staff brilliant. We have a feeling if this hotel is updated prices will go through the roof..go now !!

A lovely holiday in a quiet and peaceful resort. Good food, great service and fabulous weather made for a very enjoyable week. Only issues were regular lift breakdowns and a lack of storage space in the room.

Lovely location but disappointed to upgrade to a Suite to then find you are placed at the back of the hotel with a horrendous view when you are right on the beach front. It was all inclusive but felt a very limited choice of alcoholic beverages, especially the cocktails. I was not informed we could upgrade, but then why should I upgrade for what I paid. Lovely pool area and always plenty of sunbeds around. Excellent food. Check-in was chaotic and got you to sign up for a reward scheme. Poor entertainment for adults and 1 hour a night artist. This hotel is really about the location and don't upgrade as view is horrendous

location and surrounding views are lovely. our room was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. the walls are paper thin so expect to hear others up very late and also very early. Housekeeping comes around early in the morning at 9 am which is not how we wanted to be woken up in our first day. There is a large gap under each room door and our entire hallways spelt like heavy cigarette smoke the entirety of our stay. other guests were smoking in their rooms or on the balconies so there isn't much the staff could have done. The food was great and the hotel itself was very nice. We did get trapped in the tiny elevator when we were leaving with all of our luggage.

Peaceful chilled hotel in superb location. Food good and varied. Paola on the entertainment team was really good. Enjoyed the Pilates by the sea ☀️

We recently returned from a 5 night stay at Palladium Hotel Cala Llonga. The location of the hotel is fantastic. It is so peaceful and quiet with stunning views over the sea and towards the beach. The beach itself is less than a 5 min walk. Loads of loungers at the hotel so no need to rush to grab one. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with a hot tub on the private terrace overlooking the sea and beach. A little more money but well worth it for the unbelievable views. Ask reception to fill it when you arrive as they put clean water for each new guest which is nice. We visited Ibiza town which was lovely, originally booked the ferry which stops at the other end of the beach, about 8min walk. This was cancelled unfortunately due to weather so got the number 15 bus which is €3 one-way. Taxi back about €25. Got cocktails and a Fajita Tapas board from a place called Croissant Shaw, just outside the old town gates which we would definitely recommend. Also went to San Antonio which was about €45 each way. Both Ibiza Town (Elvissa) and San Antonio are great but are busy and for us it was worth spending a few extra quid in taxis for the beautiful quiet location and views on return to Cala Llonga. The hotel itself could do with some modernisation in places and so it could be easy to pick fault if you were that way inclined. This is more than made up for by the views, location and staff who are all fantastic, attentive and genuinely nice people. The only criticism for me would be that the all inclusive cocktails are disappointing. The spirits are decent though and so it wasn't the end of the world for us. Thank you for a great stay and we hope to be back again soon, well as soon as we can sort childcare again!
