Location Perfect location in main city centre. Main bazzar street. Ambiance Good interiors of reception desk and indoor hotel lobby area with pooltable, seating area, coffee shop and ayurveda massage desk, pool on top floor and scenic restaurant on top floor surrounding by hills. Room A very good and specious room with mountain View and equipped with all modern amenities. Bathroom A good clean bathroom equipped with all basic amenities. Staff All staff was polite, humble and good. Service A room service was quick and prompt. Nice stay at Hotel, happy to come again.

What a good place Thekkady.... In that the storytelling of the hotel with it's services is awesome.... Overall hotel is upto the mark with it's ***agement is good... Happiness is the rooms & its directions.... Dine is also good...........

I stayed there for one night only…..Very good hotel for family and group travellers ..…food is nice..all the staff is helpful…spa, gym ,pool everything is available in this hotel and it is located in heart of the city..…room view is good…….

Veena World Travels had booked the above hotel for Senior Citizens Group in Sept 23. Nice service and comfy rooms, with a reading library to get knowledge and background for sightseeing. Good staff .

Room and facilities are too good.. Restaurant of hotel on 1st floor is amazing.. Good taste food.. Location is also very good.. I recommend this hotel.. I totally satisfied.. Air conditioning is too good.. Everything is good.. Still more to say.. But...👍🏻👍🏻

Myself and my wife and 2 sons are touring Southern India, we stayed in The Holiday Vista on December 31st and what an amazing stay we had! Staff are just amazing and rooms and breakfast top notch also! We attended The Best NYE banquet with amazing local entertainment, Best Party ever! Also a Great sports bar located at this hotel for a nice cool beer! We have found a New Family here at this hotel, we will be back for sure!! Western guests are really catered for and everyone here is so helpful for organising taxis, local knowledge etc, Highly recommend this hotel!! Highly recommend India !!

Whent there to watch the World Cup! 1 hour before game start! Bought beer , food , desserts, Sat there in 4 hours used a lot of money! And the bar tender shut off the tv in extra time so I missed the penalty and needed to sit outside and listen at the radio……….. disappointed and will never use money or stay in this place ever again. Ps : he turned it off because his work time was over😡

Very very very Bad experience in the bar. Ordered Beer & French Fries. We have waited almost 43mins to get French Fries. Only one staf in bar for service. No other food is served other than french fires.. But, still they have an vast verities of menu. I do not suggest..
