Very good place to stay View from the rooms are very good Staff is very friendly Good food Rooms are kept very clean and fresh. The cooking and baking session was very good. I would like to vist again to The Valle Overall we had a good time in The Valle

The view from the rooms overlooking the valley and mountains is fantastic....from bedrooms and from restaurant. Rooms are spacious, staff cannot do enough and we could not fault the willingness to please with every request. Plenty of activities arranged via the hotel so always something to do. Rooftop fire 7:30 - 8:30 each night a winner and great way to meet new fellow travellers. We are always a bit apprehensive above hotel food quality in their restaurants, but all meals we had here were exceptional. Will be back !!!! Thanks to all staff

We spent 3 nights in October 2024 and we loved every moment of it. Firstly, the property is brand new, secondly it is at the highest point of Munnar if I am not wrong. And finally people serving the guests were just too hospitable and helpful. If these were the major highlights, the details were equally interesting. They provide driver accommodation and food and guests were not charged. The view from our valley View room was breathtaking. The wooden floored open balcony was big enough to have two recliners and a coffee table. The uninterrupted view into the hills overlooking the tea gardens was intoxicating. The clouds would pass by and occasionally come in to kiss you to welcome you. It guarantees to bring out the romanticism out of any one for sure. The room was equally sprucing and the washroom had all expected amenities. The breakfast spread was elaborate and the restaurant was well equipped. If there is something I missed, it would be a great bar. Management should work hard to put up a well stocked bar to make the evenings even more lively. As a result, the bonfire on the terrace fell dry and listless. Hotel organises early morning nature trails where they provide walking sticks to climb up certain elevations. Please carry a walking shoe as the place could have leaches during monsoon although that should not be a deterrent. The milieu is too salubrious to miss the walk. Highly recommended for a comfortable stay in the lap of nature amid all luxury.

The service from the staff was faultless, from the lovely welcome the moment we arrived. All staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble. As others have said the views were stunning, we enjoyed eating our breakfast outside in the mornings. The complimentary activities were fun, tea tasting, cookie cooking class, cooking demonstration, fire pit and we laughed a lot playing the games!
