The Grand Cliff is situated not close to the Munnar town so i felt the property is not in a busy place, so for me it was a nice and quiet atmosphere from the city life.The staffs were professional and generous throughout the 3 night stay.The restaurant experience was excellent with quality of food which was prepared under the command of Chef Manoj. Check in and checkout process was excellent .

The resort's staff and personnel exhibited remarkable hospitality and attention to detail, ensuring our utmost comfort and satisfaction. Furthermore, the visually captivating view from our room added to the overall positive experience.

The stay was very good we enjoyed it The stuff was really nice and friendly And the fact place was so beautiful The problem we had in our stay was the heater for the water was taking like five minutes to heat and also and also the wi-fi was weak in our Villa

I really loved the hospitality. Hospitality wise this was the best treatment I’ve ever got from any hotel or resort. All the staff in the resort treated me and my family very nicely. Rooms were nice. The view was fantastic. I really loved the creation room. The gym included machines and equipments for almost all sorts of workout. Food was really good. Overall one of the best staycations I’ve had in the past few years.

The resort environment is so beautiful and staffs will response for everything immediately and they will make us a comfortable...best resort for refreshment We enjoyed and it was a peaceful time ..each and everplace in the resort has my whole heart

It was indeed a heavenly experience when we woke up in the morning and stood at the balcony of our room. Sun rays passing through the misty clouds with beautiful mountains as the backdrop…. It was a new experience that will remain in my heart ❤️ Excellent food, caring people and the best stay beyond my expectation. It’s like a dream stay created at a magical location for the guests to weave memories of a life time. Loved it…..

Hospitality,restaurant,property was really good And the onam event you conducted was amazing The scenery from the rooms was very nice The sadhya we had was delicious I think the pool is a bit open, for me it was good, but for some people it may not

The hotel's location is excellent and it is surrounded by a beautiful and organized area of courtyards, gardens and roads. The reception staff is fast and polite and we were given the room quickly and well prepared. Some workers need a package not to ask personal questions

Must visit luxery resort ,mesmerisng views from the room balcony, out of munnar crowd...best place for couples or someone wish to enjoy the nature at its unspoiled stage...u can see only mountains with greneries and falls from the room...difficult to find similar properties in Munnar....
