The Grand Cliff Resort Munnar

It’s all good , only draw back was snacks during evening time was not refilled and it ran out of items . Excellent property and view and excellent staff . Rooms were very neat and kept nicely . Staff were responding on time and kids had a very good time . Jeep safari was very good

I have experienced one of the best resorts in India for sure. It’s a must stay resort in munnar. Location might be bit off but leisure stay would be the best. Room and view are just lit. Resort stay is impeccable. I want to know how this architectural marvel was built with utmost care.

Positive points Excellent location 2 bhk bungalow very neat, beautiful, amazing views Good hospitality from the staff Good housekeeping services Enjoy the paid jeep safari ride . Negative points Not in Munnar if u r looking to visit Munnar. Restaurant slow ala- carte services Breakfast buffet not at its best. Not much activities conducted . Plantation walk was slightly a bore.

We had a great time. This place is really awesome. Must visit place .we had a Perfect family trip . Very caring staff and well organised.Morning breakfast was so fabulous.They took us for a complimentary morning walk which was really refreshing fresh air and the view was awesome. View from the hotel is so damn good . Heaven on earth. Artificial falls in the hotel was unbelievable. We could take perfect clicks .

Recently, I planned a memorable trip to Munnar with my mom and grandma, and we checked into the breathtaking Grand Cliff Resort. This place was an absolute gem! Nestled among the lush greenery and misty hills of Munnar, Grand Cliff offered us sweeping panoramic views that felt like a dream. Our spacious, well-designed room had everything we could need for a relaxing stay, and the warmth of the staff made us feel right at home. Every meal was a treat from the mouthwatering local delicacies to the perfectly crafted Italian, continental dishes. We left with our hearts (and bellies!) full, already excited about the next trip back to this amazing retreat. I highly recommend Grand Cliff Resort to anyone looking for a slice of paradise in Munnar! Also Thanks to Anu and the entire hotel staff team for being so kind to us and taking care of every little thing. ❤️😇 Loved the Hotel's hospitality!

Neat and Tidy Resort and a great place with breathtaking views. Loved their hospitality and the way they treated us and food was good. Finally we enjoyed a 4 days stay and we felt it was best decision to recharge and reset and indulge in nature.

The place is excellent and must visit place. The staff is very nice and friendly and very peaceful atmosphere. The view from the room was excellent and food is also very good. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Over all very good and memorable experience.

We stayed at The Grand Cliff, Munnar; from 28 Nov 2024 till 31 Nov 2024. We had a grand welcome. A really memorable experience. Awesome taste of Spice tea served on welcome still lingers on tongue. Do not miss Morning walk tour at 7 to 8 am, to nearby tea garden hill. Hotel management arranged car up the hil, about 4 kms away. They also served Tea on this  hill top visit. Do not miss it. It was a pleasant stay. We were 5 family members.  We booked 2 connected rooms. Room number 603 and 604. We all enjoyed our stay. All the staff members are very well mannered,  polite and very helpful. Our rooms had balcony opening to beautiful valley. Pure nature’s view, no manmade construction in sight. Really memorable experience. We enjoyed breakfast and Dinner all three days. Awesome tasty food. Wide variety of veg and non-veg food in breakfast and dinner buffet. The ambience and cleanliness of rooms and entire resort is admirable. Disciplined staff, professional managers and passionate owner’s dedication is seen in this resort. I hope I may be able to visit this resort again. I will certainly recommend this resort.

From the time we entered the hotel we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Staff were extermely polite and helpful. Rooms were neat and well kept. Food was extermely good. Storngly recommand to stay with family. Service standard was good and provided good service with a smile.
