Dea Della Salute Hotel

A surprizing potpourri of contrasts at the Hotel Dea della Salute in the seaside town of Bellaria-Igea Marina. We arrived at about 7.30 pm. The owner of the hotel, a large, blustering man informed us in a voice loud enough to be heard a block away that he could not help us with our luggage, and that, although the hotel had a restaurant, as we had not "asked ahead of time" to dine, we had to eat only what they gave us, and if we had any dietary needs, too bad. We were exhausted after a long drive, and there was no other restaurant nearby, so we agreed. Except for one table of four men, the dining room was empty. But we were not allowed to enter it right away. We were instructed to go to our room, wait 15 minutes, and then return, which we did. The owner bounced around the dining room and then bellowed that we could take our places. The same four men were still there, eating, so we never did understand what had changed. The photos found on internet show a nice three-star hotel, simple and streamlined. This is quite misleading. At least the place is clean enough, and they seem to be quite careful about Covid (although, what can we say about some of them wearing masks under the nose??). But the hotel looks as if they have been performing one patch-up job after the next, attempting to "modernize" a hotel reminiscient of a 1970s pensione complete with plastic flowers and ancient, worn out hallway carpeting. We learned later that there are some "new" bedrooms, but we obviously got a more "historic" room. The floor was made of three different types of old tiles that slanted dizzyingly in different directions, and there was nowhere to plug in a phone. The sliding door to the bathroom got stuck twice and almost fell off of its track. The bathroom light over the plastic mirror was broken. The matresses were floppy and uncomfortable. But there was a flat-screen tv! On the other hand, a lovely surprise was the food. The mother of the hotel owner is the cook, and everything she prepared was absolutely delicious. This woman knows how to make fresh pasta with excellent sauce, fish, sweets... you name it. All of it light and tasty. And the owner, who before had been outlandish, overbearing and loud, suddenly became a pefect host, delighting in the fact that we loved the food. (He did, however, charge for a full bottle of wine when only one of us asked for a single glass...)... Breakfast was more cakes and pastries made by la Signora, all excellent. Marred only by the terrible automatic-machine-coffee. Hotel Dea della Salute. Sono stato completamente soddisfatto. Accoglienza, Pulizia, cortesia, prezzo, tutto perfetto. Non ho provato la cucina, e me ne pento, vista l' ottima colazione. In una prossima visita ne godrò appieno! Consigliato a chi ama sorprendersi, cerca il giusto costo ed apprezza le piccole cose....che tanti invece... ahimè dimenticano...

Siamo stati in questo hotel per la fiera a Rimini della Sigep, hotel molto accogliente, pulito e ben posizionato . Abbiamo fatto la pensione completa consiglio vivamente questo hotel , gestito da dei veri professionisti. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Siamo tornati, con amici, in questo hotel proprio in questo week end di ottobre.il proprietario Lorenzo ci accoglie sempre con simpatia, mettendoci subito a nostro agio.. Segnalo con piacere la colazione abbondante e la cucina che viene seguita dalla mamma di Lorenzo. Se vi trovate in zona andate tranquillamente in questo albergo aperto tutto l anno dove oltre all accoglienza positiva, segnalo le camere pulite e con letti comodi .. Noi siamo sicuramente ci torniamo

A pochi passi dal mare, cibo delizioso, camere con tutti i comfort necessari e sempre pulite. Coccolati per tutto il tempo della vacanza. Un punto in più anche per il servizio bar. Bella vacanza!!!!!

Bel hotel situato a pochi metri dalla spiaggia . Le stanze sono pulite e la gestione è super. Per la prima volta con il bimbo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio per le famiglie. Molto gentili e premurosi.

Hotel a gestione familiare , passata una buona settimana in famiglia , spiaggia a pochi metri e servizi in spiaggia di ottima qualità , nell'hotel si mangia alla grande , forse migliorabile qualche stanza , ma servizio e cortesia più che buone per passare piacevoli giornate , rapporto qualità prezzo ok .....

Se cercate un posto “instagrammabile” per far rosicare qualche amico sui social questo posto non fa per voi. Se invece siete persone normali, che non non vogliono svenarsi per qualche giorno di meritato riposo, che badano più alla sostanza delle cose e meno alle apparenze, allora questo posto farà per voi. Parliamo di un hotel a conduzione familiare dove la signora Maria, di 80 e passa anni vi preparerà con amore e passione del buon cibo (fatto per lo più in casa e a mano) dalla mattina alla sera e dove i figli e lo staff tutto vi serviranno durante il soggiorno con pazienza, dedizione e simpatia. Il posto è ideale per anziani e famiglie ma anche per giovani coppie che, come noi, non cercano lo sballo e la movida ma solo un posto per riposare liberi da ogni pensiero e lontano dal caos e dalla frenesia delle grandi città. La spiaggia è a meno di 30 metri dall’hotel e tutti i lidi sono ben attrezzati e curati. La passeggiata è molto carina e il paesino, che si gira a piedi, è pieno di locali e negozietti aperti anche la sera. Con affetto saluto tutto lo staff Dea Della Salute e spero sinceramente di rivedervi presto e di sentirmi nuovamente accolto da voi come se ci conoscessimo da una vita! Che altro aggiungere. Se vivete nella realtà e non nel mondo dei balocchi che i social network vi propinano allora resterete contenti e soddisfatti dell’esperienza. Luchino ;-)
