I checked in with my mother who uses a walking cane and she needed to walk to flights of stairs to get to the room. I did not like that the hotel is located in a plaza, which had store fronts of clothing, fabrics, ladies dresses, etc. on the main floor and the rooms were located directly above. The room itsThere is a small cafe located at the far end of the plaza that has a garden and an area to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee with a pastry.

The rooms are beand new and so are the beds, which btw were really confortable.
Hotel is located right in downtown, easy to move anywhere quickly.
I must note it has no elevators and it could be a problem for people with disabilities.

El hotel tiene buena ubicación , la habitación está agradable y limpia . Es la mejor opción para hospedarte en el hotel gran plaza , tiene una tarifa accesible y te respetan la reservación. Excelente servicio

El hotel esta centrico y serca del zocalo.El hotel esta limpio. No tiene restaurante para comer. Solo una cafeteria el servicio es tardado y pesimo.Tiene que salir uno a comer fuera.
