Courteous and accommodating staff. Great breakfast. Solid dinners. Awesome pizza oven. Ample parking. Spacious rooms. Great proximity to local ski resorts. Special thanks to the great folks at Eden who made our stay enjoyable. We look forward to coming back next year!

I've been to the hotel for one night with my family on our trip to Switzerlan. The desk service is very welcoming. We arrived very late and the jew was ready, only went upstairs. One has free parking in front of the hotel or paid under the hotel, but then to get from the elevator to the desk is a bit strange path. If you can, ask for the upper level room - it's all about the view in the morning - just amazing! The room is wide, the shower is great, comfortable bed. You can find refrigerate, Kettle and coffee. The selection at breakfast is not wide, but satisfying.

Beautiful rooms that are nicely furnished. Modern with classic Swiss elements. Bathroom is great! Views are stunning. Bed is super comfortable. We had a room with a huge wrap around balcony; I sat out the with my morning coffee. You must not miss the spa on the 10th floor! Whirlpool, sauna, steam room, and shower along with lounge chairs inside and outside. The views from the whirlpool are truly breathtaking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We asked to change rooms as there was a stain on the carpet. They moved us quickly with an immediate apology and a lovely bottle of wine. The restaurant was very good. Would definitely stay there again

super dog-friendly hotel where we felt very welcome from the beginning, nice view, rather small breakfast buffet but with great local products! i prefer it that way.

The restaurant offers a selection from the menu card and some additional dishes. They offer also a limited selection of wine by glasses. My service was fast and friendly. But some service people had their mask during the service on the chin? The breakfast buffet was organised to use gloves, but nobody used them.

Sehr schöne, stimmungsvolle A**osphäre. Vom Servicepersonal freundlich, aufmerksam und gut umsorgt. Schmackhaftes ‚Fritto mare‘, delikates Rindstartar! Rundum zufrieden und definitiv zur Weiterempfehlung! Ina biala sera. Engraziel!

Das Essen ist soweit ok, Service hat aber deutliche Mängel. Die Vorspeise war falsch. Es kam ein Rinds-Tartar anstatt Fisch-Tartar. Da haben wir nichts gesagt. Der Hauptgang war leider bei meinem Partner wieder falsch. Dieser wurde nochmals bestellt und ich musste bis fast zum Schluss alleine essen. Schade, weil das Restaurant ist sehr angenehm gestaltet. Wirkt modern und sauber. Auch die Preise empfinde ich als fair.
