We payed a good amount to stay here and de acomodations are good, but don't offer some kind of dish to warm some food in the microwave and wait almost 1 hour to replace the empty coffe bottle is very bad! We see costumers wating about 15 minutes for an empty table. Honestly, I don't recommend!

Pool was great and morning breakfast was fantastic. Otherwise, getting there was difficult from the ferry, and they have limited lunch/dinner options. It's far from the town so your option is to taxi/bus it to town, or go to the mercado next door to grab food and they look down at you for eating at the pool.

The hotel has a hot tub and heated pool that are beautiful. Conveniently located in front of a beach and about a 15 minute walk uphill to a very nice beach as well. After your check out time you can still use the pool there and the staff was very friendly. The scenery surrounding the hotel is amazing!

A equipe de funcionários do hotel é muito atenciosa e merece destaque: Diego, Priscila, Reginaldo, Marta, Cláudia... tô esquecendo os nomes dos outros. Não adianta nada um lugar bem estruturado e privilegiado sem as pessoas. Parabéns pela equipe do hotel.

Nos hospedamos no Hotel por 3 dias. O Hotel é bem aconchegante, tranquilo, tudo bem limpo! A piscina é aquecida, tudo bem organizado, funcionários prestativos e bem educados. Café da manhã gostoso, mas nem simples. Uma ressalva apenas para o chuveiro, qur não tinha uma ducha boa, por estar com alguns pontos entupidos, mas nada que prejudique a estadia. Experiencia positiva :)

O atendimento é algo que faz toda diferença e no Hotel Praia do Portinho, só tenho elogios referente ao atendimento. Desde o checkin ao checkout fomos muito bem atendidos. A localização é muito boa e o estacionamento também. Sobre o quarto fica a sugestão sobre a TV, ar condicionado e banheiro, seria ideal uma atualização nesses pontos. A TV caia o sinal muitas vezes, o ar condicionado vazou e o banheiro muito antigo comparado a estrutura do hotel. O café da manhã poderia melhorar também, com mais variedades de alimentos.

Hotel com ótima estrutura, café da manhã com variedades, piscina aquecida, serviço de bar e opções de aperitivos, pizzas e refeição para criança, além de ser de frente para praia. Destaque para a simpatia da Lania, que preparou nosso café da manhã com uma mesa maravilhosa, alem de muito carinho e atenção com a minha filha, detalhes assim fazem toda a diferença. Voltaremos em breve!
