This hotel is one of the best I've stayed in the city.
Clean room, impressively quiet.
The washroom was a bit small, especially the shower cabin, but it has a generous table for working.
Really great breakfast, and beautiful public areas.
I will return.

I was going to teach a class in Campinas and some of the students were staying at this hotel so decided to give this a try. Located in a nice, modern neighborhood, the Travel Inn is easy to find, not too far off of Ave Pres Vargas. Check in was easy, the front desk staff was very helpful and spoke great english (and spanish). Rooms were nice and clean, well airconditioned, and had good wifi connection. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of choices, including some great pastries! Dinner was also very good, with a good selection on the menu and pictures for the "portuguese-challenged" (like me-- good spanish, pobre portugues). All of the staff were very polite and eager to help out!. Supermarket is close by (1 block) as are a good variety of restaurants and bars. Area felt very safe to walk in after dark (unlike other cities in Brazil). Will stay here again on my next trip to Brazil.

A recepção se mostrou muito atenciosa e ofereceu garrafinhas de águas geladas como gesto de boas vindas. As instalações são modernas e a decoração moderna, clean e agradável. Tivemos a sorte de contar com uma degustação de vinhos gratuita no dia em que chegamos e o gerente, pessoalmente, nos convidou. O café da manhã, completo e gostoso, está incluído na diária. Uma ótima opção de hospedagem em Indaiatuba.

Por donde empezar…… hay que pedir diariamente casi que te hagan la habitación y dependiendo de la señorita que la haga ni se molesta en estirar la sábana limitándose a cubrirla con el edredón. El wifi es de risa , de lo peor que he visto en un hotel El desayuno es pobre y repetitivo . Un hotel al cual le quitaría 2 estrellas , por su baja calidad

Quarto minúsculo, restaurante do hotel é lamentável, esperei 1 hora para comer um frango grelhado com arroz que chegou gelado. Vim participar de uma competição, esse era o hotel oficial da prova e não existia nenhuma preparação. Uma péssima experiência.

Lamentável. Café da manhã impraticável. Sem mesas limpas e disponíveis. Muitos dos itens faltando, como sucos, leite quente e café. Sem xícaras limpas disponíveis. Em resumo, preço muito caro para somente banho e cama.

Falta mais atenção em situações no hotel, tanto na hospedagem e principalmente no café da manhã e no serviço de restaurante ao quarto!
Achei pessoas muito dispersivas com falta de atenção ao hóspede. Pessoas despreparadas.
Na recepção foi ótimo o atendimento e pessoas devidamente preparadas e gentis

Frequentemente me hospedo no hotel.
Desta vez, foi decepcionante pois encontrei um cobertor com cílios postiços grudados no cobertor, evidenciando que os cobertores não são trocados entre uma estadia e outra.
Dica: se você precisar de cobertor, solicite na recepção que vice reverá cobertores embalados e selados, não utilize os que estão abertos nos quartos pois podem nanotecnologia sido trocados.
