My family and I were recent guest at the Cleveland-Independence location between 01/27/24 to 01/28/24 and during our stay, we encountered several unsatisfactory service levels throughout the entire stay. The experience was both frustrating and disappointing, and did not meet the high standards that your company is known for.
Our room was clean, however, two of the light fixtures did not work. The were un-renovated rooms not secured making construction materials easily accessible to any guest. There were boxes and crates stacked to the ceiling making it a potential fire hazard for employees and guests. Bags of trash were left in hallways overnight with food leaving a foul odor permeating the entire 5th floor.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel and do not feel that I received the level of service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you would take the appropriate action address my concerns and to ensure future guest do not have the same negative experience.
