Room was pretty clean. A lot of dings and nicks but bedding and fridge were spotless. Nothing fancy but very much worth the price

Great place to stay. Very friendly and professional staff. Requested a walk in shower and there was no problem getting one.

I did I have no Wi-Fi the whole two nights I stay there they did not accommodate me and they also do not have a pool that works

We would definitely stay here again! Bed was so comfortable, walk in shower was great, we had the king suite and had a full size refrigerator. It was very nice!

When i check in my room it had no power then they gave me another room it had no water in the kitchen area so they ended up giving me another 1 it had no heat really

The gentleman at the counter when we checked in excellent. However I didn’t like that we booked for 2 beds and a pull out and they over booked so we didn’t end up with that room.

There was a lot of material around and inside the property it was dangerous, the pool was under renovations. Which was very disappointing the breakfast was just boiled eggs yogurt muffins and coffee. We thought they would’ve had a hot breakfast and to top it off there was pluming issues in my room they couldn’t accommodate us with another room. They also didn’t have plungers or maintenance available to say the least I won’t be staying there again.

My family and I were recent guest at the Cleveland-Independence location between 01/27/24 to 01/28/24 and during our stay, we encountered several unsatisfactory service levels throughout the entire stay. The experience was both frustrating and disappointing, and did not meet the high standards that your company is known for.
Our room was clean, however, two of the light fixtures did not work. The were un-renovated rooms not secured making construction materials easily accessible to any guest. There were boxes and crates stacked to the ceiling making it a potential fire hazard for employees and guests. Bags of trash were left in hallways overnight with food leaving a foul odor permeating the entire 5th floor.
Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay at your hotel and do not feel that I received the level of service that I paid for. I would appreciate it if you would take the appropriate action address my concerns and to ensure future guest do not have the same negative experience.
