Very Very Disappointed, and feeling deceived. I reserved 4 rooms for people for a gathering of friends from different locations in the country. We all were highly disappointed with our stay. (1) We requested rooms neighboring one another so we could gather in our rooms, if need be. We were not given neighboring rooms. One couple was on a different floor due to water issues in the hotel. (2) There was no place to gather in the hotel because of the massive construction in the hotel. This was very disappointing. (3) We were told of a buffet breakfast and so pre-purchased that. There was no buffet, but a small cafe that was near the construction. We gathered there for breakfast, but could not hear each other well because of the drilling/sawing/etc of the construction in the neighboring area. (4) We were charged an additional $8 per day (total $53 per night) cost for valle parking which we were not told of because of our "large" car. A Mazda 30 is not a large car. ALL cars were SUVs and minivans that we saw in Valle. If this is the case, that additional charge should be added on to the regular cost. This was very deceiving. (5) The hotel elevators were filthy, also under repair. I have LOVED Omni in the past, but this was a very disappointing stay. I will not stay in an OMNI again. -Julie McGory

We were in town to watch the BOA Grand Nationals at Lucas Oil Stadium. The hotel is convenient to not only the Stadium but many places to eat and hang out. We walked everywhere once we parked our car in the self-park garage that costs $30 a night right around the corner. The hotel is beautiful, and our room was large. The bathroom was small but there was so much space in the main room it did not matter. The bathroom was fully stocked, they even had qtips. The bed was comfortable, and it was nice to have a separate chaise to sit on when relaxing with coffee in the morning. The staff was very nice and always said hello. There is some construction going on outside the hotel. We could not hear it in our room. We liked this hotel and would choose again if we return to Indianapolis.

Our stay was during the Indianapolis Monumental Marathon and it was exceptional. The room was very clean and location was perfect for the event. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. I traveled with my family and they provide my children with little treat bags that made their day.

We where there for the Eras Tour so a Very Busy weekend. The staff was very pleasant and efficient getting us checked in right away. The room itself was newly renovated and was gorgeous. The beds where a dream to sleep in. The shower was great. Perfect pressure, temperature and amenities. Will definitely 💯 visit again.

Beautiful hotel! The best part was by far the friendly staff! We stayed here for the Taylor Swift show and I would hands down make this my spot when traveling to Indy for any reason!! Our bags were stored safely, valet was a breeze and they made sure we had an early check in! I could not say enough wonderful things!

We were in town for a concert and they made our experience even more unforgettable! Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable and the staff were extremely friendly and very helpful! Our overall experience was perfect and we had the best time! If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay here at the Omni!

GREAT LOCATION FOR EVENTS AT LUCAS OIL STADIUM! This hotel was the best location for us to walk to the Eras Tour! Such a beautiful hotel with a wonderful cafe serving great food/drink options as well as a nice lounge in the lobby! Walkable to shopping and many restaurants. The staff even left a surprise dessert, waters and personalized birthday card in our room for my daughter's birthday! Very pleased with our hotel choice for this fun mom/daughter trip. The two complimentary drink vouchers were an added bonus and the staff was having so much fun interacting with all of the Swifties in town for the concert. Fun environment, perfect location and beautifully appointed hotel.

Great location so close to Lucas Oil stadium and we walked to the game. We had an issue with our room not being ready when we checked in, so they upgraded us to a suite, which was over 1000 sq feet. Excellent room. The staff was friendly, the main restaurant was being remodeled, but the breakfast at the casual restaurant was outstanding.
