The room was maintained very nice. Even the breakfast was very nice . And also the staff was nice . Every was pretty good. Ambience was nice The hotel js on a very good location. Every place is quite accessible from the hotel even the airport was quite close .

We stayed here for just overnight on our way to Ujjaini. We had booked a triple occupancy room and when we arrived well past midnight we were greeted by a double bed. The room was large enough to accomodate the makeshift third bed which was arranged on our request. But we ended up losing at least 30 minutes of our sleep time. The room itself was reasonably clean and bath room ***ageable. The shower was decent. The quality of breakfast was average. Apart from the vegetarian breakfast egg preparations can be ordered. I thought the tariff charged by this hotel is high compared to the overall feeling you get. The hotel can arrange for local and outsttion tours. But the prices quoted are on the higher side.

We stayed here for 1 night. We were given luxurious facility with upgrade to complimentary dinner on arrival. Rooms were larger and with good furniture. It was having all comfort for stay. Food was excellent both dinner and breakfast time. Staff were ever-helping in nature. Must stay here if working near Railway station or Sharafa Bazzar.

Food is very good Enjoying with friends service was nice Specially Mr Swapnil and he***t they both are very good Kindly visit once. The good package and ambiance was very good......... All over experience is fantastic

Very goo central location. Clean. Prompt room service. Courteous staff. Good in house cab ( paid) for any travel needs. Brilliant breakfast hall serving good Indian breakfast. Could be more efficient in their check in process as we had to wait for apne other people to finish their bargaining conversation to end. So i recommend hotel must really focus on efficient check in by having multiple staff at reception.

Pros: Clean, centrally located, nice staff Cons: Repetitive breakfast spread, same items charged differently on food delivery app and in hotel ( I was tempted to order via zomato rather than room service), the AC cuts off and had to be restarted everytime there is a power cut (and there are plenty), the refridgerator starts making strange noises and vibrating after the power cut, the bedsheets were not changed in my 6 day stay. Even worse hotel policy: I ended up soiling the bedsheet with a drop of menstural blood (literally a drop), and was charged rs 800 for that! Worst still, when told that they could take the drycleaning charges which could be atmost half that amount (small blood stains are easily removable), I was insulted by saying that I could take the bedsheet with me! The bedsheet, which was already stitched in at least 2 places!

We are a group of 20 people from france to reside in this hotel during our PBD visit at Indore , Rooms were very clean and nicely maintained, Break fast is good with ***y regional food choices , room services were impeccable, IMRAN (***ager) was always available for any requests. A good hotel for a homely stay. Thank you team for your welcoming behaviors.
