This review would have been a 5* had it not been for the noise during the night. The hotel is attached to a shopping centre with bars/restaurants. So depending on what side your room is, I would be woken up at gone midnight with the emptying of rubbish/bottles, at 6am with deliveries and Lorry’s beeping and shortly after the bin men. I’m not a light sleeper either!
Ask for a room on the quiet side - I wish I’d known!
The positives - great staff - esp Rem (sorry if spelt wrong!) who was so helpful on the front desk, the staff at breakfast were really friendly, the bar and views are fab! Hotel is spotlessly clean. And a great location just a two minute walk from the old town.

Every aspect was excellent. Most impressive was the breakfast. The buffet was extensive and the food and service five stars. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had.

Close to the train station, part of a mall and a very centrally placed hotel.. a lot of eating options around. The hotel in itself is quite good and very comfortable.

Loved my stay at the Penz Hotel! It’s located by the mall and the shopping streets, the staff were nice and breakfast was amazing with amazing staff taking care of you! Will definitely book this hotel when I visit Innsbruck in the future!!

Perfect location and spacious rooms. The staff were polite and helpful. I wish they kept the door to the mall open all the time. It would helped us during the rains.

The location is perfect for visiting Old Town. Everything is within walking distance. Staff was wonderful and location is very clean and safe. Parking was easy in the underground garage.
