Lovely hotel and staff couldnt be more lovely

Even though I was travelling solo I had a huge room. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The views of the mountains are breathtaking. Nice pool although shorter than my last stay. Breakfast is plentiful with a great selection of items. I loved the cakes. The coffee is great which I loved

It’s in a great location to access the local bus stop to the slopes. Also next to ski hire and other local shops.
However the hotel itself I feel is more 3 stars. The rooms are very dated, on occasions smelly ( in bathrooms). The breakfast is excellent but expensive. The dinner was a shocker - awkward service and food very salty. Quality terrible. The other local restaurants had much better options.
All in all I would shortlist if your options are limited. I personally would not recommend.

Everything was really good. Good hotel, rooms good size with great view, swimming pool good, good accessibility to ski resort n to Innsbruck and a great day receptionist. However two bags from the Chris**as market went missing from room and not found. So the gifts the kids had bought for the grandparents lost and meant we left on a sad note, on what would have been a perfect few days

The staff were attentive to my request (early check in). The only disappointing thing was that the pillows were very thick and firm. I would have liked softer ones. Overall excellent hotel.

Beautiful, good facilities, excellent location with easy bus access to Innsbruck, beautiful views from the balcony and efficient and nice staff. I would definitely go here again.

A beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Everything is just what you would expect from a modern hotel with a history.
My room was facing the street and the mountains - with an alchove where I could work. Really a gem. The town has several good running routes, too
