"We booked 2 double bed rooms and we love it! Tidy and clean! Rooms are warm enough with big bathrooms! The holiday park is beautiful and can access to seaside easily!"

"Check in was a little confusing at first, as our booking did not initially appear in the system. After some investigation, it turned out to be a system mix-up and everything was resolved. Once checked in, we were directed to guest services, where staff walked us through a map of the resort and explained the amenities, which was helpful. However, this was also when a sales pitch was introduced for attending a 90-minute seminar about their resort club, with offers such as restaurant credits. While I understand the business intent, raising this during check in especially while our family was waiting in the car was not ideal. A flyer to review at our own time would have been more appropriate. The pool was excellent, and the go karts were a highlight. The track is well designed and suitable for all ages. One disappointment was the playground: it was shown on the resort map and mentioned at check in, but after searching for it we discovered it had been removed and is now just an empty area. The rooms were clean and spacious, although they are starting to feel a little dated. The decking and outdoor furniture could benefit from a clean and re oil to make the space more inviting. Overall, for a weekend getaway at a discounted rate, the stay was good value."

"The owner was very kind. Very clear instructions to us to collect the room keys. The apartment was spacious and gorgeous. We could see so many stars during the night. It’s very close to the koala conservation area and the penguin parade too. We love it here"

"Was a last minute booking and the cheapest deal we found. Didnt expect much for the price but honestly the motel exceeded our expectations. James the host is very friendly and accommodating. The 2 bedroom Suite (Room 1) we stayed in had 1 big & 1 small rooms with very comfortable beds. Toilets & bathroom were clean. Kitchenette has the required amenities. Only thing lacking were power points in the small bedroom or atleast I couldn't find it near the beds. Will definitely recommend and revisit!"

"Our first time to do self check in, the instructions given were clear and easy to follow. We arrived late and didn't see a single staff during our stay. Yet, the staff replying our queries through emails were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room is spacious and clean, not fancy but comfortable. Hot water was running a bit slow for the last person to take a shower. Otherwise, it was perfect. The location is great, within walking distance to the restaurants and shops, or a 2 min. drive. There is a children's park outside the hotel and the kids enjoyed it very much. The beach view is also spectacular."

"Just be mindful the room is small and bed only enough for 2 person.  Cannot put extra bed for kids.  Check if you have a family with kids which may be squishy.  Overall clean, playground only have swing and trampoline, pools but too cold for end of Sept."

"Room was big enough for my family of 3, Clean, toiletries provided is enough. 2 big beds and comfortable. Big TV, room at ground level, balcony can open and walk out to car park. Room doesn’t much have programme and need guests to sign in acct, which is not friendly to customers. Hotel location infront of sea, walking to distance to town centre just behind the hotel."
