"The Mattress is just Crap. No Good to sleep at all.! In my opinion they need to improve the beds and charge 25 pounds per night for this type of childish room...! Service desk guy Was Good at night time..! They need to improve alot with room The Good thing is the guy gave me one extra room for same price as online and that is at 3am in morning..!"

"I stayed in room 302 for two nights in January. The hotel was very easy to find from Ilford Train station and is a short walk. You can take the Elizabeth Line from Tottenham Court Road and it takes about 20 mins. The hotel is situated on the high street and has a lot of restaurants and nice shops. Lots of choice to eat. I had a very nice welcome at reception. Check in was easy. There is a really nice foyer with a cafe with nice cakes and snacks coffees. There is a lift. My room was really comfortable with a double bed and en-suite. The window opened. There was T and coffee available in my room. The bathroom was bigger than I expected. It was very clean. Carpet was comfortable. It was a comfy bed. Very clean linen and 4 pillows. There are sockets next to each side of the bed for laptops and phones to charge overnight. On the door to the en-suite was a nice big mirror, full length very helpful for us ladies. The room was good value. I had breakfast both mornings. I ate a vegan breakfast and vegetarian breakfast. There was hot food and a very good variety. The kitchen cooked me a delicious omelette with veg very nice. I’m not a vegan I just like to eat lots of veg. The buffet breakfast had a lot of variety olives, fruits, cheeses and sweet foods. There was plenty of fruits too. Hot milk was great I love it for my coffee. I really enjoyed staying here, great food and excellent value. Will definitely stay again in the future. The lady receptionist was very nice and helpful. I stayed at the Ramada hotel for a short weekend away to visit the museums and roam around the shops. There was plenty of cultural visits. I visited the Horniman museum, British Museum and the Petrie Egyptian museum as part of this trip. Not far from the hotel is a shopping centre with some interesting shops , TKMaxx and food shops. Everything was easy to get to."

"다음날 아침 일찍 스텐스테드 공항을 가기위해 하룻밤 묵었습니다 스텐스공항에서 가까운 편이라 위치는 좋았지만 방안이 너무 추웠고 굉장히 협소했습니다 애초에 시내와 멀기도 하고 주변에 명소라고 할만한 것도 없는 위험한 동네라서 공항때문에 묵는게 아니라면 전혀 메리트가 없는 호텔입니다 딱 하룻밤 묵기에는 괜찮은 호텔인것 같습니다"

"I liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it. I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back."

"It’s more spacious than the other 2-person bedroom we booked for our sons. It’s corner room. A bit pricier but it’s good for families with young kids. Love that the bathroom is at the other end of the room with extra exit space. Do visit the Titanic cafe - we went there bacause of good reviews. About 10 mins walk. A few shops before the Titanic cafe is a vintage-looking cafe/pub which serves cheap English breakfast offering free-flow hot drinks for and extra £1 plus. This opens on the dot at 8 am whereas the Titanic opens earlier."
