Step outside to our patio with string lights on the arbor and a bbq. The garden has plenty of grass to play on with nice shade trees and is fully fenced. Steps away to the big hot tub set at 101 degrees. There is easy parking for 3 cars. We are close to the airport but we have upgraded insulation for a peaceful nights sleep. A newly installed EV charger is availble for an additional cost. Enjoy our private home like a luxury resort! Dog friendly if your dog is well behaved and under 50 pounds. Lots of extra linens and bath robes!The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range and oven, an Italian designed refrigerator with a freezer, and all the essentials for cooking. We also have a dedicated dining table/work space with three chairs, as well as in-unit washer and dryer!Guest accessYou will have access to the entire private fenced parking area and the studio. It’s not attached to any other buildings and has its own private entrance and yard.Parking will never be an issue with a dedicated space for up to three cars, as well as free street parking!Other things to noteBecause our cottage is located conveniently from SeaTac airport, there are planes flying overhead that may cause some noise.
