Oh...for the summer...there is not air conditioning....we rarely need it as we cool off in the evenings and the home is shaded by wonderful trees...but if it does get unseasonably warm, we have fans to help and two of the upstairs bedrooms have window air conditioning units.....it would only be the upstairs bedrooms that would need that. The main level stays nice and cool. There's a full size washer and dryer for your use as well and I do keep detergent handy for you. There are on average 228 sunny days per year here! The average summer temp is 80 degrees and winter can be in the 30’s-40’s. Many stores and restaurants stay open year-round! Custer has many fall/winter events. We are about 1 hour from skiing at Terry Peak.
