It is a sleepier section of the village with pastoral views from the fully fenced backyard and if you go to the far left corner of the front deck, depending on the growth of the trees down there, you get a peekaboo view of the ocean. There's even a doggy door for your (smaller) furry friend. We've made the most of this sweet cottage, and it has an open feel and romantic, comfortable decor. Each bedroom has a Queen bed.Solar back up keeps the power on out here, and you know that's a big giant PERK.ABOUT DOGS:We LOVE DOGS (madly, I tell you) and are determined to be able to host them too, however we do have insurance restrictions on breeds (check if yours is a high profile breed), and limit two 2 dogs (3 if they're leeeetle) and 4 people max.Backyard is fully fenced and secure with a charcoal BBQ grill, and picnic table. The birds are almost always singing here.Front deck is huge, with Adirondack chairs and a a pup gate to keep everyone contained. In the living room you will also find a cozy gas fireplace, and a large 58” HD TV.Adjoining is the dining room that features a farm style table that easily seats 12. A few steps further, you will enter the kitchen… here you will enjoy the large island with 4 bar stools for casual dining or just enjoying a small social gathering. In this well-appointed kitchen, we also feature a refrigerator-freezer, gas range, microwave, toaster oven, and dishwasher. Updated modern cookware, an abundance of dishes, table linens and everything else you will need for preparing and serving delicious gourmet meals.Upstairs is a very grand master suite that offers a California King Bed with cozy bedding, an HD TV /DVD player, coffee bistro table, a chaise lounge, large private balcony, (another favorite place to sit and enjoy the sights) large bath tub, separate shower, and a double sink vanity. The closet in this master bedroom (7 x 15) is so spacious that it fits a trundle bed set that easily converts to a double .
