"I recently stayed at this excellent new hotel and was thoroughly impressed by the design and overall ambiance. The property is beautifully decorated, very tastefully done, and neatly maintained. From the well-lit areas to the artwork on the walls, every detail feels premium and superior, exactly what you’d expect from a 5-star property. The staff are brilliant—always super helpful and welcoming. The location is superb; it’s bustling with energy, just a few minutes’ walk from the river and the city centre. Being attached to a mall with all the necessities is a huge bonus. I also loved the great rooftop pool and the small but adequate gym. The rooftop itself is superb for watching the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast offered great choices and the coffee was excellent. However, there are a few areas for improvement that would make this hotel truly perfect: · Water Policy: In a tropical climate, charging for water after just two complimentary bottles a day feels off. It’s not about the cost, but the principle. I’d suggest adding a small amount to the room rate to allow for unlimited water. · Soundproofing: It can get a bit noisy from the corridor or rooms above, especially if kids are active. Thicker carpeting might help resolve this. · Lift System: The two lifts operate independently. You have to press the button for both, and often both arrive when you only need one, leading to longer wait times on higher floors. · Rooftop AC: The rooftop public lounge area is a great spot to work or relax, but the aircon wasn't on. I appreciate saving energy, but it would be perfect if guests could request it be turned on while using the space. Overall, it’s a beautiful property with a great vibe. I would definitely return and hope they tweak these small details."

"We had an unforgettable experience at Wink Hotel Can Tho. The staff was extremely efficient and charismatic. The room was very clean and quiet, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The rooftop had a beautiful view of the city and the Mekong Delta. We were warmly welcomed by the entire staff, especially Kieu and Nguyen Ngoc Phuong Vy, who promptly attended to all our requests and requests! We left with hearts full of joy and gratitude! We will definitely be back ❤️ and I recommend it to anyone looking for an excellent experience!!!"

"Service was excellent from the moment I arrived. The grounds were well decorated for the holiday season, the pool was inviting and the lounge areas near the pool made for a relaxing experience. Breakfast each morning featured a wide variety of options, some of which changed daily (like fresh fruit and fruit juices) and gave me new things to try. My room was spacious, very clean and well appointed. My terrace was large and a perfect way to escape to the outdoors without having to leave hotel property. Mine was a working holiday and the spacious desk, in-room coffee service, and spacious terrace were perfect for what I needed. Easy pick-up and drop-off for local tours. I’d definitely stay again."
