Food was poor / average in quality. Overpriced pub grub. Service was friendly and attentive. Chicken balmoral was ok, no real complaints, just a bit average. Steak pie again pub grub average. Sticky toffee pudding dessert was particularly less than impressive.

Best stay of the week! Lovely hotel, lovely rooms spotlessly clean, banging food! Brilliant bar staff and servers. Only let down was the stairs up to the rooms and no offer of help with our bags from staff which is a shame. I would definitely recommend this hotel though as other than the stairs we had a brilliant stay

Stayed for 1 night had Executive room Stunning clean comfy bed amazing views Ate in the bar for evening meal fantastic service lovely food Breakfast eggs benedict tasty Stairs are a killer but took my time well worth it Defo reckomend the staff are lovely polite very good Over looks the loch

Amazing lunch in Hotel bar. Everything fresh and well presented. Had sandwiches and soup ( salmon and cream cheese delicious ) Service excellent. Order taken quickly despite being busy and food arrived within 10 - 15 mins. Would highly recommend a visit

Two night stay at the Inveraray Inn for Bert’s birthday. Felt so at home. The bar was buzzing and the food was great, with wonderful staff. Our room was small, but comfy with a lovely view of the loch. Good bed. Breakfast was excellent. Would happily come back

This was a great experience at a superb hotel with lovely staff who were efficient, friendly and helpful, a choice of menu and well cooked and presented food adds to the experience. A great place to stay in a fantastic spot and well worth visiting.

The beautiful old building dates back to 1755. It is the first building you see as you arrive in Inveraray. Staff were very welcoming. Parking was available right outside the entrance. Stairs are steep so if you have mobility problems you may find these difficult. Two of our party did. Rooms are very comfortable with everything you need. They are not perfectly sound proof. Would I stay here again - yes if everyone can manage the stairs.

We came here for lunch, the food was fine but we wouldn’t return. The staff look like they absolutely hate their job and everyone who comes for food. I asked a basic question (can I have ice) and you would think I killed someone with the look I got. It’s definitely not the friendliest restaurant I’ve been to.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and aimed to please during our stay. There was a really good choice at breakfast which was faultless. Our rooms were spotless and had everything we needed, great nights sleep.
