Iverness de ness nehri kenarinda merkeze yakin ,3-4 küçük binadan oluşan bahce içinde ayrıca whiskey imalathanesi de bulunan aile işletmesi.Binaların arkasında otopark mevcut ancak otoparktan odalara ülaşmak için yönlendirici tabelalar eksik.Binalarda asansör yok.Kaldiğımiz oda birinci kata oldukça dik bir merdivenle çıkılıyordu.Yaşlı ve küçük çocuk için pek uygun değil.Oda temiz yataklar rahat ancak yerlerin aşırı gıcırdaması ve odanin cok yakın mesafede ki duvara bakmasi bu kadar güzel bir lokasyonda olan bir hotel icin bayağı hayal kırıklığı oldu.Personel candandı.Kahvaltı tipik ingiliz kahvaltısı.

We had a wonderful stay! The view of the river was stunning. The meals were excellent. The service by all the staff was kind and welcoming. We loved the breakfast staff each day. We were easily able to walk to many locations. Our room was clean and comfortable. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

I absolutely loved this place. Our room was right above the check in which was super convenient. Huge room w/ amazing view. The staff were super friendly. The whiskey distillery was beautiful & the bartenders were very knowledgeable & funny. At breakfast find Elenor, the manager & a highland cow (her words), she has great travel trips & is an incredible person. Find her!!!

Pros: The hotel is at a great location. Food is Ok. Room size OK Cons: Staff is very rude, no hospitality, very bad experience. Bathroom door latch broken. No intercom in the room. No complimentary toiletries If you need extra tea bags or coffee sachets you will feel that you are asking for gold biscuits from them. Check in time 4 pm which is very late. At the time of check in they didnt inform that they take late check out charges after 11 am. No grace time for check out..which is very strange. Just minting money as much possible from the customers. There are other cheaper hotels in the same location, which one can opt. Overall will not recommend!

Very disappointed with the situation of the apartment. For the cost I would have expected one near or overlooking the river Ness rather than stepping out of the door onto a noisy main road with people walking past looking in the window. Very basic decor although clean & comfortable.

Very disappointing. Booked double room for my wife and I. Got a room with two 3’ single beds bolted together, so huge it filled the otherwise reasonable size room making it appear small. No room to pass each other, complaint ignored. Only one chair for two people, 3 requests for additional chair ignored. TV obstructed wardrobe door! Bathroom smaller than Travelodge and less well equipped. Dining arrangement in a narrow conservatory cramped and noisy. Breakfast poor both in menu and delivery, the bacon section was so full of steam the bacon was stewed rather than crisp. Plates were stone cold. Complaint ignored. Only one receptionist was welcoming, all others missable. Poor value for money, unlikely to return or recommend. Ian and Maureen

Excellent one night stay. Really comfortable room on ground floor as requested. Bed was so comfy. Enjoyed the food in restaurant and staff were very attentive. Breakfast was also good. Plenty to eat to set you on your travels. This is my second stay here and will definitely be back.

It was nice to return to The Glen Mhor after 6 years. The accommodation is top notch. We booked a suite and got an upgrade to The Alexander in one of the buildings a few doors away from reception. It was in the ground floor, extremely spacious but cozy. Big bathroom with a walking shower and bathtub. Very good buffet breakfast, with a separate menu for special items such as smoked salmon Benedict 4£ extra charge, of which I think be included. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel, right on the bank of the Ness River.

Value for money was awful. Badly looked after rooms, inexperienced staff in the restaurant and an overall mediocre experience. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Inverness and very scenic, but look elsewhere for accommodation…
