Staff: great and nice.
Room: clean.
Location: great.
Breakfast: good.
Thanks a lot for the great helps from the staff at the front desk who help us to track our parcel and give a help to receive them. So nice girl.

While I have stayed at the hotel before with no issues, this time we were charged room damage fees for something we didn’t even do. The manager, Mr. Patel, was not helpful and didn’t even bother to review cameras to confirm what we said. The customer service we received about this issue was terrible.

The refrigerator made an extremely loud buzzing sound that didn’t stop the whole time I was there. Also, roaches in the bathroom shower.

The toilet was nonfunctional for a day and a half. They fixed it eventually, but wouldnt let me hsve a different room.

Hotel is ok, surrounding area has limited options for food and drink.
Breakfast is not the best.

Had a great experience it was our first time staying here, and we loved how clean it was it also had everything we needed from
Plates, to kitchen appliances. We will definitely stay again.

Housekeeping didn't come yo our room one ting in our four day stay. We needed towels and trash removed but they never came. On our last day there the complementary breakfast was out of everything but cereal and breads.
