The pool was VERY Bleached!, The check in didnt Help direct where My rooms were which side Elevador to Take, the Comfort of Rooms were Great, Breakfast wasnt Good Either.

The beds were wonderful and pillows the same. Love the courtyard, indoor pool, bar and nice lil porch on our suite. We will be back in encourage others to do the same On our SA City club soccer team

During the rain the roof started leaving heavily in the middle of the night. Though they were able to move us to another room, it was a major inconvenience at 4AM

When you get put in a room next to a wedding party and up all night with screaming and music! We had a flight at 6am and starting around 11pm screaming and music all night! Called multiple times and the poor front desk girl just apologized but she would not get them to be quiet! Literally up all night with my 6 year old! Worst experience!! Left hotel at 3:30 to take a nap in our car in parking lot! Will never use them again

I was excited about sitting in the hot tub after my travel. It was cold. The pool had dead crickets/ cockroaches floating in it. The shuttle smelt like a hamster habitat. It was slighty disconcerting that there is a young man demanding tickets for the breakfast. Seems as if that would of been addressed during check in.

Our shower didn’t work properly, hotel were able to get accommodate us and get it fixed right away. Just be aware that breakfast isn’t free!

Despite having a reservation I had to wait over two hours for a room to be ready. Staff was friendly but distracted, too much looking at cellphones. Hotel was clean, bed comfortable and a great location.
*I did not get the wakeup call I requested at the front desk, nearly missed my early morning flight.
