Great service, fabulous food and very clean. You’ll want for nothing at this resort as they go out of their way to please you. Beach was free of sargassum, pools are spotless plenty of lounge chairs and Bali beds. Drinks are plentiful!!! Go and enjoy!! Rooms are spacious and clean!!!

Amazing from check in to check out. Best resort I have ever stayed at. Staff would clean the room every time we went downstairs. Catered to our every need. Food was amazing. Steakhouse was my favorite, my friend loved the Asian restaurant. No dinner reservations were needed. No wait at any restaurant. Excellence has set the bar.

Heaven! This place is literal heaven. Every single employee is so kind and goes above and beyond to treat everyone amazing. There is a full day of activities, if that’s your thing, and we enjoyed a lot of them- from a bike ride to burlesque shows! The food is TOP NOTCH. Not even kidding, we ate at all of the restaurants we could and loved everything. Our highlight was the beach and the spa, I’ve never felt more relaxed in my life. We will be back in a heart beat!

Completely wonderful experience.
Not too far from the airport.
No hassle for food, drinks, room service. It is all at your fingertips. Lost our hat and sandals one day…other guests and staff pick them up and waiting in lost and found for us!
Extremely safe. Great excursions and activities available. Recommend Isla Mujares via private boat direct from the resort beach.
Rooftop terrace rooms are the best! Great entertainment options each evening too.

The water has a hint of sewer smell when taking a shower/bath. We both got food poisoning on our second day and missed 2 full days of activities. Every morning you have to race to the pool/beach to find a spot to sit. Besides that, beautiful place, and a staff that definitely goes the extra mile to make sure everyone has an enjoyable stay.

Was a little bummed out that the cigar bar no longer allows smoking indoors. I only found out after buying a cigar and getting a glass of rum, then noticed no ashtrays. The very-very nice hostess explained no smoking indoors, and I would have to go to the outdoors smoking area. Too bad, it looked like a lovely lounge to enjoy the cigar and rum. New law in Cancun.
Very small dent in an otherwise wonderful visit. Service was great, and the staff was incredible and very friendly. The food and amenities were awesome. Looking for a place to relax with peace and quite, and enjoy really good food and drinks? Can't go wrong here. Best all-inclusive resort I've been to in about 23 years. I felt I wasn't worthy of such a stay.
I only got to try five of the nine restaurants, the Lobster House kept drawing me back in.

Great property, friendly staff, clean room. The buffet breakfast was the best food option. Other restaurants were 'OK'.

What everyone says is true. The staff are so friendly and efficient - it is like Four Seasons level service. Sully our beach concierge couldn’t have been sweeter and Floricell our beach waiter was always ready with a joke and a drink! Room was spacious as was terrace with bed and table. Food was very good for an all-inclusive. Only breakfast was buffet (though there were a la carte breakfast options too) and it was a real pleasure not to have to make reservations anywhere. Spa was fabulous - we had massages and hydrotherapy, which I highly recommend. Only things I would change: jacuzzis weren’t hot enough, and bathrooms don’t offer much in the way of privacy because they are open above partly shaded glass door to the room. But overall a great experience. We had club room and I thought worth it bc of special area of beach reserved for club and bc better alcohol choices (eg grey goose vodka, patron tequila).
