This is my second time here. It’s a great resort. The food is good, the drinks are good, the staff are really good.

I had an amazing time at Riu Costa Mujeres. You do not have to make reservations for the restaurants which is a plus. The entertainment throughout the day and evening was remarkable, I highly recommend.

This is a nice resort and the rooms and common areas are very clean. This was probably the best beach access I’ve ever had while staying at a resort like this, and the pools are nice too. The food and drinks didn’t do it for me though, but I feel like that’s to be expected at a place like this that has to produce so much to keep up with the demand. Overall I would come back.

I highly recommend this hotel as it was very very clean, the staffs were very welcoming and the food was good. It is a perfect hotel especially for those who want to travel with their family.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The uncomfortable bed and pillows made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The service was subpar, with staff seeming indifferent to guests' needs. Additionally, the poor quality of food further dampened my stay. All restaurants close at 10 Pm just one small place was open with left over foods. Overall, I cannot recommend Riu Place Costa Majure Hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Operating an all-inclusive resort in such a traditional manner seems antiquated, particularly with the use of towel cards, which feels outdated. The culinary offerings were, unfortunately, underwhelming, lacking the vibrancy and flavor one might expect. In fact, I’ve enjoyed tastier Baja fish tacos at a local pub in Canada.
Given my experience, I’m unlikely to choose this resort again, especially considering the plethora of superior options available nowadays. While I had hoped to experience the renowned luxury associated with Riu, it fell short compared to other destinations I’ve visited, despite the considerable inves**ent of approximately 4K.
However, I am willing to offer my insights and expertise to Riu through consulting. It’s evident that they could benefit from understanding the evolving expectations of their clientele and making necessary adjus**ents to remain competitive in the industry.

The beds was not comfortable at all, the quality of food was not fresh but the quality at a la carte restaurants was good but in stack house the didn’t offer us desert and the say time is over and the attitude was not fine,
The night programs was boring not anything to do in nights

Excellent food at buffet. Lots of varied activities every day. Aquafit in the ocean is very enjoyable. Theme parties are fun. Friendly and helpful staff.

SKIP THIS RESORT! It pumps party, techno music from 11am to 11pm daily. There are not any quiet rooms. Mattresses are hard, little AC control, you also hear door slamming all night because the room doors are so heavy, it sounds like a prison! I have stayed all over this area and I would never stay at any riu property again. For the same amount of money I would go stay at the Majestic!
