The room was beautiful! The entire resort was so well taken care of and the staff was fantastic! Food was delicious and there were many options. We will most definitely be returning in the near future!

This was our second time staying at this resort as a family. The service, food, accommodation, and overall experience will keep us coming back year after year.

Beautiful property, but way too far from the hotel zone! Surrounding area outside of resort are in bad shape

We had 2 swim up rooms for our family of 6. We arrived early and we were told our rooms would be ready on or before 3pm. We got our rooms just before 5pm. Both rooms had musty odors. Also there was no door separating the bathrooms. The daily cleaning service came twice a day but did not help remedy the odor problem.
Overall the grounds were beautiful and well maintained.
The breakfast was good and consistent. The lunch around the pool area was average. The dinner restaurants were weak to average. The best restaurant was on the roof.
Most likely not coming back to this property. It was not worth the price.

This resort has changed the way I see any other resort for life. The food was beyond excellent, the staff was always welcoming, and the amenities in each and every location within the resort was always amazing. I can't wait to come back to this resort. Also, I recommend to have all-inclusive.

The drinks are weak, or watered down. That’s really the only complaint. The hotel, service and food were all top notch! Oh, second complaint: this is not where you go to have a nice beach. It’s rocky or concrete and you will need water shoes.

Likes: Easy check in/out. Beautiful room. Most staff members are very friendly and helpful with exception to a few waitstaff at the pool bar area. Plenty of pools so never felt overcrowded.
Dislikes: Beach, very dangerous to go in/out due to reefs, rocks and drop off due to uneven grounds. Alcohol cocktails/beverage was VERY light even for All Inclusive packages. They also switch up (ungraded) drinks/shots after first round. Foodwise, dining experiences was fair to average at best. Dao was decent, steak house was ok, the meat was tender as expected for dry aged, plus still very chewy. You practically get one restaurant each serving breakfast and lunch with VERY little options and variety compared to completive resorts (Majestics, Riu Kukulkan, etc.). Very disappointed to the lack of options and variety for breakfast and lunch. All restaurants were a bit too warn for enjoyable dining experience.
