酒店服務非常差，歧視中國人，我住遍世界上的酒店，第一次碰到這麼奇葩的服務人員。我訂的是海景房,下午4點到酒店説沒有海景房，給了最差的房型，代理溝通也不行。酒店的海灘不可以游泳的，環境差，民宿的風景比它好多了。

The hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and the rooms and common areas were clean. The hotel was bit far from the downtown center.

The food was great, never got tired of the menu, quiet place great for couples, staff were great, we never went with out a drink. The property is newer and well designed. The draw backs were that the beach was small with some black sand bags across the water access. There was no entertainment after dinner.

Not very ideal of a choice to be an all inclusive hotel with only one restaurant with couple snack bars. Very limited choices of foods. Not a lot of things to do and the area is very congested. Staffs were friendly but not very experienced. Many mistakes were made with foods served like mixed up orders. It was ok but no way near 4 stars hotel. Foods were lackluster as well. Room was decent , The charger was broke but everything else seemed to work. Water pressure was horrible like showering under a leaked bottle. Bed was comfortable. Being a small hotel the sound traveled all over so it was a tad noisy but luckily did not last too late through the night. First time on the island but probably will not return.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Belo. Staff and service were great. Food at dinner and breakfast was mediocre, lunch was good. Outdoor music for me was too loud....pool area was very nice as was the beach area.

I first want to say the staff was wonderful. The property is beautiful we enjoyed being in the pool and the beach.

It was a beautifully kept property with excellent staff and easy access to transportation. The food was great and it was so peaceful. It was exactly what we were looking for for a long weekend get away! Definitely recommend!

The property was understaffed. Meals were prepared in about an hour, and mostly inconvenient, pool side orders provided one waiter servicing the outdoor restaurant, pool bar, pool side and beach. You had to walk to the bar or cook to place an order. Also, one waiter meant food remained poolside for birds, stray cats and dogs to enjoy. The room service menu was limited and the food selections were juvenile (frozen nuggets,fries, bland nachos). The resort allowed only 1 beach towel person, so no laying out AND drying off with a different clean towel. No early check-in and a fee for any late check out. No face towels or bath towels provided, only dry towels in room. The “super king” room is actually 2 queen beds side by side, with the mattresses touching and 2 separate linens, so bedding super awkward and uncomfortable. Jacuzzi controls were hidden in a box, and the next door Gardner/Maintenance worker had to tell Beló guests how to power it on (well, the one that actually worked). Also,
hope that the one waiter notices you’re trying to open an outdoor umbrella else you won’t be able to relax underneath one, they remove the handles so guests can’t use them. Only one functioning elevator.
