My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It felt like a home away from home. We stayed in the 2 bedroom beach front villa. We would definitely stay here again.

The foundations of this property are great. No frills but the beach cottages are adorable, paying for the ocean view is so worth it, it’s a quaint setting, walkable to a great breakfast spot (Midway Cafe), coffee shop (meet Lisa @ KONA coffee) & the Florida Key brewery among other things & the amazing heated pool ON the ocean!

We enjoyed our stay. The property is very well kept and the staff is great. When visiting the Keys, we will definitely stay here again.

Old Florida motel right on the Atlantic. It is well maintained and has a dock and a ramp.

I've stayed many times at this resort and loved it but this time was not so great. Lots of bugs in the pool, bartender seemed more interested in his phone instead of hotel guests. Main building was being fumigated and no one was told so guests parked wherever they felt like and didn't seem to care that they were blocking beach views and such and the new owners/new gm were no where in sight. Former owners and GM would always greet guests and ask how they were doing. Its just not the same resort. Very disappointing stay.

Like: location, location, location. On East side so Sunrises are amazing!!! Bikes kayaks included available to go. Nice live music. Comfy bed with lots of pillows. Ladies working in the office are very polite and willing to assist.
Did not like: upgrade your room, it's worth the cost!!! Our room #18 (2nd floor) was average. A bit outdated, bathroom is very small.

Great views and clean facility, new owners took over the entire property with their kids on our last day. Hard to enjoy when there are kids yelling and screaming everywhere
