Service is the worst among all Hilton hotels i visited. Not enough staff and most of them are either inexperienced or not trained! An experienced ones are not welcoming at all and just talking among themselves on the concierge desk. Shuttle bus also delayed and not showed up according to the schedule provided. Room is old and TV channels are all domestic ones only. Restaurants don’t have proper wine menu and staff have no knowledge about wine /sake.
Good thing is the location, next to ski slopes and niseko village.

This hotel delivers more than expected! Usually the websites over promise and under deliver however this was the other way around! As others have mentioned rooms are quite small but completely adequate, the only thing we could suggest would be to offer coffee & tea in the room (there is a kettle & fridge). Bathroom has toileteries which are decent quality. Room was warm and thus ski clothes were dried well. There is good storage for ski equipment and a lovely small gym with good quality kit (open 24/7) All staff were very friendly and knowledgable about the area giving good instructions and suggestions for places to eat. There is a shuttle service to the town but it is also a pleasant walk (without ski gear!) The small convenience store on site is ok but a little expensive (although this is independant of the hotel) Breakfast is plentiful, everything fresh and inviting to eat - there is an egg station where you can get eggs any which way. The diner us surprisingly good - a small menu but made to order and like breafast very fresh. The bar does happy hour and some lovely cocktails :) There is a ”common room” whereby you can cook for yourself - this would be good if travelling in a group. Overall a great mid priced (low for the area!) hotel

Next to the ski lift, easy to go out and go in at your own pace. Bit crowded during day time after 10 am. It helps a lot with a locker provided for each guest to keep the equipment. The room was spacious and comfortable, perhaps the hotel to improve on the timing for room cleaning service, especially for guests staying more than a week and expecting the room to be clean when we are out. The hotel has its own mini-mart, which help you to get some junk food and accessory for skier/snowboarder - a bit pricey but it's expected in the Niseko area anyway. The other downside is the hotel location is far from other convenience stores and restaurants (affordable where u can easily access in Hirafu) so it makes you book a room with breakfast and dinner.

This Onsen hotel is 100 points full points perfect. Attention to detail in every single way. Great location, 5mins drive from Annupuri ski resort. Hotel has the amazing forest view, offer free parking. Hotel is shoes free, all guests will require to take off shoes when enter hotel. All staff are friendly and helpful. They will make 100% effort. Hotel offered ski lesson and rental very convenient. Hotel has outdoor public bath and spa treatment. Free lounge has wine, champagne, tea, juice and snacks to guests. The set breakfast and hotel dinner is world class quality. Hotel rooms are very spacious! Noted room will supply plenty of bottle of water and some snack for guests. I can't wait to come back and stay longer for next time! Will recommended to anyone and everyone! Konbu Onsen your service really touch my heart. We are very grateful to stay in such wonderful hotel. The hotel provides guests with high-quality and efficient service, and the dedicated attitude of the service staff and warm and friendly help have moved us. The hotel is peaceful and peaceful, overlooking the snow-covered scenery, and the volcano in the distance is intoxicating. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and convenient, and two lounges can meet different needs in the evening. The hotel is about ten minutes drive from the ski resort and it is very convenient to provide free pick-up service from the ski resort. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

This hotel is not recommended if not by car. It is far from the main ski areas. But their service is nothing to say. The shuttle buses once an hour. The rooms are super clean, the scenery is nice, very quiet, good luck and you can see foxes. The staff are very patient and have questions and answers. I have a little problem in the itinerary. They all helped us book the car and pick us up. If I drive, I will definitely come back.

It was my second stay this year at the Penthouse. Originally the location and facilities were excellent, and there were many disappointing parts in terms of service, but this time the service was considerably improved. There were still some parts that didn't feel like high-end customer service, but it was considerably improved and I was able to stay comfortably and comfortably. I would like you to put more effort into employee training. For most of our guests, a stay at a resort is a memorable time in their lives, so please make sure that all employees are aware of this fact and provide heartfelt service.

I highly recommend this cabin. The price is reasonable and the environment is quiet. I imagine it would be a great time if I came out to sunbathe in the snow. The cabin is very beautiful and worth the price. The bosses are very kind. My experience is not that good. When you arrive in Japan at night, there are no taxis and the boss will have a hard time picking you up, so be prepared! Highly recommended!

Love this hotel from the moment I stepped in, gorgeous ambience, great service at reception! Room is expensive for one person stay but worth every penny. Regardless how long your stay is, one room entitled to one time free usage of private onsen (after that is charged) for 45mins. There is free public onsen beside it. Yoga classes are available for sign up for fee. Ski shop Rhythm and Afuri ramen looks great but I didn’t get a chance to visit. Ski storage available but not practical esp for those who rent, as you need to carry the heavy equipment back and forth from ski base to hotel (10min up-downhill walk or take free shuttle). Apt style hotel is well equipped with fridge, microwave, sink, washing machine-dryer, dishwashing machine. Breakfast is great! Toilet and room is spacious and bed is good. I would return!!! Best recommended for families esp those with mix interest besides ski/snowboard. Near to street side restaurants, Lawson is across.
