The worst hotel & the worst staff ever. They cancelled my booking of 4 days without telling me & then had the audacity to still charge me for the night. Don’t book this hotel. They don’t care about the people or customer service, they will rob you blind. Be mindful before booking.

The hotel is in an excellent location for the blue mosque, hagia Sofia mosque and the grand bazar is a 15 minute walk. The street is buzzing at night with restaurants, bars and shisha galore :-) The staff are amazing and very helpful. The rooms are cleaned every day and the mattress is firm very very nice hotel. If you don’t like noise until 2/3am ask for the room facing away from the front of the hotel. We given 5 stars because they truly deserve this rating. We will be returning for sure.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. You're literally walking distance from the three major attractions in Istanbul: Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia. And if you are up for a 15-20 minute walk, you can actually get to the Grand Bazaar. The trams are right there as well in case you want to catch transit as well. The staff of this hotel was amazing. Ikram, Vely and everyone else were so helpful. They helped me with all of my questions and were present at the push of a button. Though a boutique hotel, but the front desk is available 24/7. I also left my bag there for 5 days while I travelled Cappadocia and they kept it safe. The breakfast is a buffet spread and it is delicious. I literally stuffed myself to the brim every morning. The location, though, can be a double edged sword. As it's on a busy street, it can get loud at night. Not enough to wake you up, but it might be a little difficult to sleep, especially if you're going to bed early to catch a tour in the morning or so. I'd advise to pack a good set of earplugs or sleep earphones.

It was a very nice friendly hotel. Arif was very lovely and hospitable in the morning breakfast. Maryem from the cleaning team was amazing, it was a very cloean hotel!. Arda and Mohammed at reception were very helpful in telling us about all the popular places to visit. I would definietly stay again.

Останавливались в отеле 28.07-31.07.2024. Пришли пешком из другого отеля в 3 ночи из-за несоответствия на Booking. Управляющий Икрам предоставил отличный просторный номер. В номере чистота, уборка и смена полотенец каждый день. Завтраки отличные. Даже попробовали турецкие блюда национальной кухни. Пешком до достопримечательностей 3 минуты. Весь персонал очень дружелюбен и готов сразу решить любые вопросы. Рада, что нашла отель в Стамбуле, в который хочется возвращаться. Однозначно рекомендую.
