Bu aile oteli harika! Süper otantik deneyim! Özel bir şey arayanlar için mükemmel olurdu. İstanbul'a ilk gelişim değildi ve daha az turistik yerleri keşfet**k istiyordum. Osmanlı süitleri mükemmel bir seçimdi! Oda çok temizdi, kahvaltı güzeldi ve personel çok cana yakındı. Otelin engebeli bir bölgede yer aldığını unut**yın, bu nedenle civarda dolaşmak biraz zor olabilir :)

Вежливый персонал, много интересных деталей в доме, вкусный кофе в кафе. Слышимость с улицы сильная, поэтому берите беруши. В целом на одну ночь - ок.

Cons - disorganized, inconsiderate host - uncomfortable bed/pillows - loud - terrible location Pros - quaint, cafe on site, breakfast included, clean - good for backpackers on a budget, not ideal for those that can afford to stay elsewhere Of note, I booked the suite for extra space for packing- last night in Istanbul. Wanted to spend 1 night on Asian side. Checked-in, showered, unpacked including 2 full suitcases of souvenirs for reorganization. Went to cafe for dinner at 8pm and host demanded that we move immediately into a different room as they had made a mistake. She would not allow us to eat dinner first. She was unwilling to even comp our dinner for the inconvenience. She was very unorganized and inconsiderate. Ultimately, I went up to the room to pack and found email confirmation that we were in the correct room. This made for a very stressful experience. I am an MD and have travelled all over the world. This was the worst experience with a host that I can recall.

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The breakfast was very nicely presented and delicious. The furnishings and decorations were very interesting. The house was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable. It's a historic house that opens up to a lovely garden and a cute little coffee house with indoor and outdoor seating. The grocery store is about a 3-minute walk and the Metro was a 10-minute walk. Perfect for a couple but may be a tight space for a family. Shampoo and shower gel are available and complimentary coffee and water. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The area around the house is hilly so you may be walking uphill in many areas. However, the owners have a lot of information about the area and will give you recommendations and the best ways to get around. They can even help you with a taxi.

Really lovely place to stay. Very clean and all staff are friendly and very welcoming. Food is delicious. Would highly recommend. Hotel is located in an excellent position near to shops, transport including ferries and metro

What a Wonderful host, Gulsar who looked after me. The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and is filled with historical furnishings and kept in a spotless condition. Following checking in and whilst recovering following surgery, to checking out, all staff were very helpful and accommodating and when I was not able to physically get to the beautiful cafe on site, their staff brought the food to me. You won't be disappointed.
