Sol Cosmopolitan Rhodes

Şu anda 5. günde buradayız. Deniz manzaralı, muhteşem deniz manzaralı bir odayı tercih ettik. Gece geç saatte vardık ve akşam yemeği saatini kaçırdığımız için restoranda atıştırmalıklar, yoğurt, salata ve meyve yiyebildik. Hoş bir dokunuş. Otel genel olarak çok harika. Otelin iç ve dış kısmı çok güzel ve temizdi. Çakıl taşlı bir plajın hemen karşısında, Rodos'un eski kentinden kısa bir otobüs veya taksi yolculuğu mesafesinde yer alan Yemek, sahip olduğumuz en iyi her şey dahildi. Personelin hepsi muhteşem ve cana yakın ve size kraliyet ailesi gibi davranıyorlar. Akşam eğlencesi harikaydı. Bunun dışında güzel bir tatil geçirdik ve kesinlikle başkalarına tavsiye edeceğiz.

Otel güzel bir havuz alanı ile harika. Havuz ve güneşlenme alanları oldukça temizdi. Personel tatil deneyimimizi özel kıldı. Her personel nazik ve güzeldi. Plaj yolun karşısındaydı ama şiddetli rüzgar nedeniyle kullanmadık. Yemekler çok lezzetliydi. Hiçbir zaman her şey dahil programına katılmadım ve sunulan her şeyden keyif almadım, temalı geceler harika. Otel Rodos kentine çok yakındı ve otobüsle oraya ulaşmak kolay ve ucuzdu. Durak otelin hemen dışındadır. Yani genel olarak otel çok güzel, yemekler mükemmel, temiz ve personel çok cana yakın ve yardımsever. Geri dönmek için rezervasyon yaptırmak için sabırsızlanıyoruz.

Açılış saatinde geldik, otel mükemmeldi ve durak çok arkadaş canlısıydı, Plaj henüz hava nedeniyle hazır değildi, animasyon tüm gün boyunca iyi adamlar, ana restoranda ve atıştırmalıklarda yemek güzeldi ve taze, bu yüzden sur için geri döneceğiz

This hotel has really impressed us and we would definitely love to come back. The staff are all amazing and you can see how hard they all work. Even though they are constantly busy, they take the time to make you feel welcome and treat you with kindness. Nothing seems too much for them and it makes a real difference - thank you to all of you. We had a double room with a garden view and were in a block of rooms separate to the main hotel which we really enjoyed - only a minute walk across to the restaurant and through a beautiful garden. The room is spotless and the daily cleaners do a lovely job. Next, the food… what a great selection! Each night has had a theme including Greek, Italian, Asian and Fish and even when we were nervous of the theme there is always something you will like as they have such a wide choice (on fish evening I had a lovely creamy chicken pasta for example). Breakfast was 7:30-9:30, Lunch 12:30-14:30 and dinner 18:30-21:30. We were never hungry and there is also a snack bar at the pool bar. The all inclusive drink selection is very good and they had everything we wanted. No extra payment needed! The cocktail list was great and each day the pool bar has a ‘special’ cocktail on offer too. Fabulous stay at Sol Cosmopolitan Rhodes. Great hotel set in beautifully manicured gardens ~ food was plentiful and catered for all, pool had lots of sunbeds, pizza etc and pool bar everyday was great! I would especially commend the staff…bar, kitchen, restaurant, housekeeping, activity team - all very friendly and welcoming. Thoroughly enjoyed our week here - definitely recommend to friends and family! Thank You

Writing this review from my room on our last evening at this hotel. I had been looking for a holiday for several months and every time it ended in reading horrendous reviews and then I found this hotel and booked. Transfer said approximately 1 hour but was actually 20 minutes. Arriving at the hotel in the evening it was illuminated nicely. Grounds were clean and tidy and very well. Kept. Entering the large open plan lobby it was bright, modern and clean. Reception staff were very friendly. Check in was quick and painless although there was a tax of 35 euros to pay which we weren't informed of by our holiday company (not the hotels fault). We were in a superior double/twin room with both mountain and sea views. Our room was immaculate, well presented and modern. Bathroom with dryer and walk in shower although small in size was very clean well maintained and modern. No mould, broken tiles or stains to be seen anywhere. Beds are very comfortable, bedding was crisp white and the huge sliding doors opening up to the balcony with table and chairs and great views. Two lifts which are very fast transport you up and down and if you go on any floor you have huge opening doors onto balconies. 7th floor gives the best view out over the front of the hotel grounds and the ocean. Food served Breakfast 07:00-09:30 Lunch 12:30-14:30 Dinner 18:40-21:30 Pool bar serves food from 11:00-16:00 and the pool bar shuts at 19:00 The food served here is honestly amongst the best I've had at any hotel and I've traveled across the globe. Food variety is insanely good, it's always served hot and if the temperature falls or the fries have been sat for a few minutes to long they remove them and replace them with fresh ones and this is the case with everything. As far as eating goes we felt very spoiled so no matter what your appetite or how adventurous or not an eater you are you'll always have plenty to eat and never struggle to find a very nice meal. All the staff we met across the hotel were fantastically friendly. Entertainment was excellent. I'm not usually one to sit in a bar and bother with hotel. Entertainment but every night was different. Some fantastic classical singers to more modern evenings with dance music and karaoke. Leaving the hotel you are on the main road. Go left and you have an abundance of cafés, resteraunts and taverns. Go right and you'll find you're on your way to old town which is amazing to visit. The harbour, the castle and parks. Little sandy beaches and so much more. The shopping in Rhodes town is very good. We hired scooters each day and we traveled for miles each day just exploring the island which I'd recommended to anyone and everyone.0 If you come across this hotel on your search or you are looking for a place to visit where you have lush blue seas, green mountains and plenty of history then this hotel is a must. Booking this hotel you'll certainly not regret it.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in! Very clean, all staff and I mean all staff, very helpful and welcoming! The food is amazing and something different each mealtime. Just a lovely, lovely place and a bus ride from Rhodes Town. All buses go there and all buses stop at hotel. Would absolutely go back again!

We were drawn to your hotel by the numerous positive reviews, but unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. Firstly, the hotel is advertised as a 4-star establishment, but based on our experience, we would rate it closer to 3 stars. The cleanliness of our room and bathroom left much to be desired, as we found hair on the bed sheet and encountered a broken and unclean fridge. These issues fell short of the standards we expected from a 4-star hotel. Moreover, the standard of our room was disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. We consistently faced a shortage of cups and cutlery for both breakfast and dinner, and the restaurant's cleanliness left much to be desired. One of the most disheartening aspects of our stay was the fact that, in order to receive new bedding, we were required to ***** the sheets and pillow covers ourselves. This lack of basic room service was unexpected for a hotel claiming to be 4 stars. Additionally, I'd like to highlight that we had neighbors who smoked on the balcony, which was quite disruptive for us. This leads me to suggest that the hotel should consider allocating separate rooms for smokers and non-smokers. Furthermore, we observed a similar issue by the pool area, where there were children running around. It might be beneficial to designate certain areas as non-smoking zones, ensuring a more pleasant experience for all guests. I believe this is an aspect that the hotel management should seriously contemplate. Given the hotel's promising location by the sea, it is with regret that I must express my hesitation in recommending it. The overall experience did not align with the expectations set by a 4-star establishment. We believe there is a clear need for improvement in several areas to match the expected standards of your guests. I hope you take this feedback as an opportunity for growth and enhancement, as we genuinely wish for future guests to enjoy a more fulfilling and satisfying stay at the Sol Cosmopolitan Hotel.
