Its relatively.new hotel with nice iclassical interior design and good colour scheme..
Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi
Reception; quick check in and out.
Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view.
Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable
Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style.
Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites.
Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight.
Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat.
Overall: good stay for 3 nights.

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. Thank you to Maja, and to all the professional staff at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park!

Dont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

The hotel's rooms were clean, modern with very good facilities on high quality, breakfast was perfect offer not super large in variety but so delicious.. this is definitely not what drove me to make this feedback, what was exceptionally outstanding was the team, I have never seen this class of genuinely welcoming team with natural level of personal attentiveness, started from the receptionist Dedma who checked me in and was so professional, then the concierge tea. Deniz Deperli that made everything possible to ensure on guest's satisfaction and pleasant stay, as well her colleague Gezia that was taking a look around during breakfast with best attitude and smile checking on guests satisfaction. Sorry for lengthening, but there was as well an unforgettable approach by one humble kitchen worker, I requested a grilled Haloumi cheese that she prepared with pleasure, and 2 days later out of all other guests, she recognized me and with me asking, she asked me and said ” sir, maybe you would like some grilled haliumi, not only that but she has the most natural & genuine smile when I said ” yes, thank you ” This is by far my favourite hotel stay experience in life. Well done Marriott Izmir management and congratulations for having such a passionate people in your team.

The hotel is bit of small at the entrance. But the inside the hallway is very space. I had the larger corner suite, and bathroom is very big. I also had the spa service, it is also very nice. One small area to improve is the lounge room size, and food items. Lounge is small, and food items are lack of hot items, and often is not refilled with it is empty. Nice free parking, and close to the sea. Breakfast at top has good view.

We, a family of 4, stayed 6 nights at Movenpick, in early Sept. 2022. We had a pleasant stay there. Our family room was very convenient incl. very comfortable beds and clean bath and Jacuzzi. The room facilities were perfect. The location of the hotel was very good and the taxi station was just attached to the hotel. Hotel has a very good Gym and indoor pool. Receptions and staff were very polite and helpful. Totally hotel is recommended for both Business and touristic trips. The negative points in my opinion were: -lack of balcony -Breakfast was not at the level of a 5-star hotel. The variety of hot breakfasts were very few and hot breakfasts were very fatty and oily.

The room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.

It was nice to be able to exercise because there was a pool and a sports center. The staff was also friendly. The spaghetti sold at the cafe next to the lobby was very delicious.
However, the water in the shower in the room did not drain down, which was very inconvenient.
There was also no cover to block the drain, so there was a long hole left behind, which was unpleasant to look at.
The food served in the morning was not fresh either. I was surprised to see a lot of mold growing on the honey cone.

AAli BerkThe location was good, the room was clean, but the filters of the air conditioner to heat the room needed to be changed, my sleep was disrupted a lot due to my allergies. In general, it can be recommended. The rooms are nice. I just wish a little more attention was paid to dust removal.

2. The decoration style is European and classical, with many hanging paintings and an old-fashioned sewing machine from China.
3. You can see the tram through the window.
4. The rooms facing the street will not be too quiet at night.
5. The room is clean, tidy and comfortable. But the smoke detector keeps blinking, which I don't like.

GGuest UserMy husband is Turkish and I am English, we have been to this hotel four times over nine years and always received a warm welcome upon arrival. The hotel has excellent customer service from booking, arriving and departing and we find the staff to be exceptionally courteous and hard working. The hotel is perfectly located with ease of access to transportation, sea front and the market. Overall facilities, bedrooms and communal areas are kept pristine and are very comfortable, decor is warm and welcoming. Breakfast choices are fantastically fresh with lots to choose room.

CChungking ExpressIt is very close to Izmir beach and there is a Chinese restaurant nearby. It is very convenient to eat in Asian restaurants. If you plan to spend a day in Ilmir, it is worth it. There is a sauna facility in the basement that can be used free of charge, and there is a swimming pool on the roof, but it is very small. This is a decent hotel for the price

GGuest UserThank you very much for the staff of this hotel! We stayed with the family from 03.06.2023-04.06.2023. We chose the hotel by accident, almost the first caught. We provided free of charge for the car. In the morning we found that the wheel was down. Together with the porter, they were looking for a compressor in the nearby hotels. They tried to change the wheel on their own, but eventually helped to call the car to the hotel. And separate thanks for the small present. Thanks for attention, understanding and help!! The staff has been extremely professional in coping with their tasks despite their difficulty!

GGuest UserThis is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel online. On the first day, I arrived at the hotel alone. The pretty lady at the hotel counter explained to me that coffee, tea, and water were all free, and everything else had to be paid. Also emphasized that the room is a non-smoking room. I was also asked to sign a document. It's a coincidence that it was very cold on this day, for me as a person from Taiwan. I don't know if I don't know it, and I'll be shocked if I stay there. Originally, I chose the most expensive room mainly because I thought the room was big enough, so it should have better sound insulation. I didn’t expect this weird room to be really weird. The kettle was filled with white scale. I tried to clean it at first, but later I found that it couldn't be cleaned at all, and it was all covered with white powder. I said I wanted to get a new one. I still had to wait until the next morning to go to the counter and ask for it to be replaced. What's even more exaggerated is that the air conditioner is placed in the kitchen. Then imagine that you can transmit the air conditioning from the kitchen to your master bedroom through the living room. As you can imagine, it's simply impossible. And the hotel staff didn't think this was a problem.
So in order to prevent myself from freezing to death, I took a Youyou card and inserted it in my room. I didn’t even dare to get up when I went out, for fear that the temperature in the room would drop. The next day, my boyfriend arrived. I asked him to go to the counter and get me two bottles of water. A boy's waiter told him 60 Turkish dollars, and the next day I thought to myself that I would find the waitress and she would return it. The result is really a pipe dream. After explaining a lot, I can give you a few bottles of water if you want. As long as the money goes into their pockets, they can never take it out. The sound insulation of the room is also extremely poor. Anyway, you can complain about everything you can think of.
The most important thing that made me furious was leaving for the day. He said to make sure we had snacks. Since I'm not in the habit of eating snacks in restaurants, I thought there shouldn't be any, but then he said yes, so I was sure my boyfriend had some. Told me a bunch of stuff. I heard chocolate,,,, and two bottles of water. I asked him if water doesn’t cost money? He said the two bottles in the refrigerator were charged. I really don’t think that’s how business works. He said he wanted 190 Turkish dollars. I directly gave him 200 yuan, and he pretended that there was no change for ten yuan at the counter. I asked him to keep it because the driver outside was waiting for us to go to the airport.
Really, really, really don’t book this room. Because once you order, you are guaranteed to regret it.
The scenery and people in Türkiye are really great. But the service quality of this hotel really deducted points for Türkiye. It's simply embarrassing.

The rooms are big enough, clean, and well equipped. The people at the front desk are very helpful, friendly, and honest (they found one of our students' purse with the money inside and gave it back promptly). It's near the Bazar, the train station, and the metro station, in an area with plenty of restaurants. Breakfast is basic though, and it's a bit noisy because it's in the main street.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was a comfortable the newish hotel down a very CD side street from the main drag they have obviously tried their hardest to upgrade the hotel which they've done not a bad job the reception and entrance area is clean tidy and very welcoming it has one lift that will serve all floors which is safe but be aware there is no internal door and you will see a moving wall on one side, on entering the room you will find a key card entry system with key card electricity controlling the fridge TV and air conditioning the air conditioning is maintained very well and works officially there is one English speaking news channel within the 40 plus channels on the television until very comfortable beds although the mattress are fast as firm, the bathroom is tight with millimeters to spare to close the door against the basin the wood used in the bathroom is obviously not of the type of that should be used in the bathroom bus the condition is shabby the shower is good with plenty of hot water and complementary shower gels and soaps if there are two of you in a room it would suggest that you will ask for an extra channel as they only supply you with one there is a fridge but no minibar one word of warning there is a very high step to get into the bathroom so if you have had a hip replacement or a knee replacement or you cannot lift your leg too high this may be a problem, we would not break the housekeeping too well as when we arrived there was pastrami left in the fridge when we checked in and only one cup for the tea and coffee making facilities this was however quickly rectified and the service we received from the staff was outstanding, breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. till 10:00 a.m. and is over buffet style there is hot eggs turkey sausage plenty of different breads and simit, Jams honey's tea coffee and cereals, there is no parking of such but there is a concierge service that will park your car and retrieve it at a moment's notice this was highly recommended, the best way to get around is there is using the Izmir card which is available from the train station or the metro station which is just a 300 m walk from the hotel, we found this a great place to stay for a couple of days.

JjohnlR429NAI stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights ..I found the manager and staff. Polite Helpful . Charming and welcoming ..The room was clean well maintained comfortable and bright and cheerful Good wi.fi connection and Air conditioning . Good shower and hot water.. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. Rooms were cleaned and items changed everyday .. The restaurant manageress and staff made a 100%excellent job of breakfast. Great selection of food and beverages available . Warm Bright cheerful area with relaxing music . Staff were attentive to guests needs in ths restaurant /dining area cheerful polite and friendly .. I found the restaurant/ breakfast area very very good regarding the covid 19 . Food was served by staff wearing gloves and masks . Tables chairs etc were constantly cleaned with anti bacterial liquid Hand sanitation was available . No guests were allowed to self service food or drink . The area was spotless well done to the manageress and staff .The cleanliness in the hotel was 100% in all areas . You will feel safe secure and have a very Enjoyable stay at this hotel . I can guarantee this 100%. The hotel is very central to the Metro bus and Tram for easy access to Izmir attractions . The hotel management and staff really do care about the health happiness and well being of there guests who stay here.. This is a family owned and run Hotel. It makes other chain and corporate hotels look very poor in there treatment and care of there guests ..I can recommend this hotel thoroughly to everyone ...5 * treatment for everyone who stays here 👍

DDr. Dennis E. EricsonMitte Port Konak Hotel's infrastructure is very new and they have a great breakfast, they have a local variety of cheese very good pastries and some roasted mushrooms and potatoes. So big variety of jams and fruits.
Their spa and Turkish bath was closed when we try to visit normally they say it's free to use for every guest.
The room had not enough windows but the AC was working powerful to the cooldown. Only problem beds are a little small. Wi-Fi is working well. There was a mini fridge. They have safe lockers in the room. They have TV. The bathroom is very good, hot water and water pressure was perfect. Except toothbrush they provide everything.
The location of the hotel is good if you travel with your car or take a taxi but walking to public transportation is a little hard. It may cost 50 TL from the Konak Meydan to the hotel by taxi better not talk during the night.
The hotel staff was very nice to us and other guests. There are many local customers and abroad from a variety of countries from France, China, Iran, France etc.
