GGuest UserThe room is of small size but is functional and for staying the night it was OK. In the shower room WC in the morning there was the smell of sewage coming from the sink overflow. Not really what you want for the start of the day!!!! The young lady at the reception desk was functional and helpful but did not go over the top with customer interaction. the English language skills were excellent. The breakfast served in the restaurant was good with a good variety of bread, pastries fruits, etc. As a vegetarian the omelets had meat in them, the restaurant manager Altan Uslu was very helpful and arranged for a meat-free omelet to be brought to the table. That was a very good service. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the train station so convenient for traveling between the airport and the hotel and very close to the seafront.

Locations: 5 min drive from Izmir airport. But too far by walking to local town Sarnic where it's 1 stop to airport or 8 stops to Izmir Hilal major interchange with red metro line. Take buses 705 or 828 which runs every 10-15 min, or taxi
Reception; quick check in and out.
Room: clean, comfortable, but mattress a little soft. For me. No view.
Wi-fi: easy access and strong signal, fast, reliable
Breakfast: full Turkish breakfast with many options, self service buffet style.
Dinner: good service and delicious food. I ate Steak and salad, came with complimentary bread and dips, and free starter bites.
Airport Shuttle: free ride to airport from 6am to 14:00, only for taking flight.
Gym/ fitness room at basement: spacious, good range of free weights and a crossover pulling machine, a few standing cycling, cardio walking machines. Yoga mat.
Overall: good stay for 3 nights.

CChungking ExpressIt is very close to Izmir beach and there is a Chinese restaurant nearby. It is very convenient to eat in Asian restaurants. If you plan to spend a day in Ilmir, it is worth it. There is a sauna facility in the basement that can be used free of charge, and there is a swimming pool on the roof, but it is very small. This is a decent hotel for the price

GGuest UserThank you very much for the staff of this hotel! We stayed with the family from 03.06.2023-04.06.2023. We chose the hotel by accident, almost the first caught. We provided free of charge for the car. In the morning we found that the wheel was down. Together with the porter, they were looking for a compressor in the nearby hotels. They tried to change the wheel on their own, but eventually helped to call the car to the hotel. And separate thanks for the small present. Thanks for attention, understanding and help!! The staff has been extremely professional in coping with their tasks despite their difficulty!

GGuest UserThis is the worst experience I have ever had when booking a hotel online. On the first day, I arrived at the hotel alone. The pretty lady at the hotel counter explained to me that coffee, tea, and water were all free, and everything else had to be paid. Also emphasized that the room is a non-smoking room. I was also asked to sign a document. It's a coincidence that it was very cold on this day, for me as a person from Taiwan. I don't know if I don't know it, and I'll be shocked if I stay there. Originally, I chose the most expensive room mainly because I thought the room was big enough, so it should have better sound insulation. I didn’t expect this weird room to be really weird. The kettle was filled with white scale. I tried to clean it at first, but later I found that it couldn't be cleaned at all, and it was all covered with white powder. I said I wanted to get a new one. I still had to wait until the next morning to go to the counter and ask for it to be replaced. What's even more exaggerated is that the air conditioner is placed in the kitchen. Then imagine that you can transmit the air conditioning from the kitchen to your master bedroom through the living room. As you can imagine, it's simply impossible. And the hotel staff didn't think this was a problem.
So in order to prevent myself from freezing to death, I took a Youyou card and inserted it in my room. I didn’t even dare to get up when I went out, for fear that the temperature in the room would drop. The next day, my boyfriend arrived. I asked him to go to the counter and get me two bottles of water. A boy's waiter told him 60 Turkish dollars, and the next day I thought to myself that I would find the waitress and she would return it. The result is really a pipe dream. After explaining a lot, I can give you a few bottles of water if you want. As long as the money goes into their pockets, they can never take it out. The sound insulation of the room is also extremely poor. Anyway, you can complain about everything you can think of.
The most important thing that made me furious was leaving for the day. He said to make sure we had snacks. Since I'm not in the habit of eating snacks in restaurants, I thought there shouldn't be any, but then he said yes, so I was sure my boyfriend had some. Told me a bunch of stuff. I heard chocolate,,,, and two bottles of water. I asked him if water doesn’t cost money? He said the two bottles in the refrigerator were charged. I really don’t think that’s how business works. He said he wanted 190 Turkish dollars. I directly gave him 200 yuan, and he pretended that there was no change for ten yuan at the counter. I asked him to keep it because the driver outside was waiting for us to go to the airport.
Really, really, really don’t book this room. Because once you order, you are guaranteed to regret it.
The scenery and people in Türkiye are really great. But the service quality of this hotel really deducted points for Türkiye. It's simply embarrassing.

JjohnlR429NAI stayed at the Hotel for 6 nights ..I found the manager and staff. Polite Helpful . Charming and welcoming ..The room was clean well maintained comfortable and bright and cheerful Good wi.fi connection and Air conditioning . Good shower and hot water.. Housekeeping in the room was excellent. Rooms were cleaned and items changed everyday .. The restaurant manageress and staff made a 100%excellent job of breakfast. Great selection of food and beverages available . Warm Bright cheerful area with relaxing music . Staff were attentive to guests needs in ths restaurant /dining area cheerful polite and friendly .. I found the restaurant/ breakfast area very very good regarding the covid 19 . Food was served by staff wearing gloves and masks . Tables chairs etc were constantly cleaned with anti bacterial liquid Hand sanitation was available . No guests were allowed to self service food or drink . The area was spotless well done to the manageress and staff .The cleanliness in the hotel was 100% in all areas . You will feel safe secure and have a very Enjoyable stay at this hotel . I can guarantee this 100%. The hotel is very central to the Metro bus and Tram for easy access to Izmir attractions . The hotel management and staff really do care about the health happiness and well being of there guests who stay here.. This is a family owned and run Hotel. It makes other chain and corporate hotels look very poor in there treatment and care of there guests ..I can recommend this hotel thoroughly to everyone ...5 * treatment for everyone who stays here 👍

GGuest UserDont be fooled but the past reviews as my wife and I did. First of all the room that they offered was not suitable for a couple, our luggages didnt have enough space, also I we want to go to the bathroom whom it happened to be outside the room, I would have to jump off my husband on the bed. So when we asked for another room, he charged us $60 for the whole 5 days. I am more convince that its a trap to get more money. The bathroom in the new room is soo rusty, the shower head is dirty and awful. My husband had to buy scotch tape to keep the seat cover open because it keeps closing on us. The faucet keeps leaking greenich liquid. On top of that the roudness of the guy at the check in is disgusting and shameful and it continues to the morning hostess to the laudry ladies whom they didnt clean our room on the first day bcs we left our room at 11 am, so they wants us to leave early, how about I plan my trip for there convinience? The next day they kept talking loudly and slap things up just to make us leave. The morning buffet whomnit happen to be the be the same daily deefrost food, we happened to got nothing to do with Izmir's famous breakfast. We couldnt wait to leave that nightmare expirence. I wonder how they got all those certificates from expedia and other sites. I will make sure personaly to let all the travel agencies in Leb that its a trap hotel

SSahaThe reception first tried to put us on a room without window, though clearly stated in our booking that room has a window,they were telling pay extra money to get a suit ,after some argument they opened 2 rooms with window,though initially they said rooms were full,,run by people not speaking English well ,also breakfast was terrible and that too kept in very miserly,sometime telling few items finished .the cleaning lady was doing her job well.overall not a a great experience.great location but hotel is not run my modern professional people, who could do justice to tag on websites,anyways wish them better for future.

GGuest UserThe hotel looks alright overall but there's a highway pretty close to it, so it's a bit noisy. I could hear our neighbours late at night, that didn't make my sleep better. Also the surrounding isn't particularly pleasant and suitable for walking and enjoying. Both elevators were broken when we tried to bring our suitcase down from the 5th floor, we had to carry it on the stairs. But to be fair, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

GGuest UserLocation super. We arrived only for 5.5 lira from the airport by train directly (without transfer) in Basman. From there 5 minutes walk, very close. Interestingly, no one at the hotel knew that you could get directly by train)) From the hotel every day walked to the center. Breakfast was also good - several types of cheese, sausages, sausages, rolled eggs, coffee, tea, butter, jams, warm, torso, etc. The air conditioner worked well. Water was everywhere and free. The room was a teapot and coffee-tea was put every day. Every day cleaned the room, removed the garbage. Staff helped everything. Near a lot of cafes, it was possible to eat until 11th night for a normal price.
