It’s 10 miles from I-72 which wasn’t as convenient as we hoped. That would be fine, but the areas best restaurant is an Applebees (hmm).
Hotel staff was absent. Room was fair, bedding ok. It’s one of those with the sink area in the open bedroom so everyone gets to watch everyone prep.
Breakfast was non-existent except for dry cereal. Empty pans where food was to be.
I’ll never go to a Best Western again— too many bad experiences.

The staff was helpful to a point, but couldn't connect phone calls to my room. The bathroom was clean, the bedding and towels were also clean, but the carpet was disgusting. Renovations would be a good idea.

Drywall in the room was coming apart in several places, room was dated and run down. Staff was nice.

I will not stay there again! Could not fall asleep when I saw a cockroach on the nightstand. Discouraged to try the breakfast because of the roach.

The room smelled so much like cigarette smoke! Having the air conditioner on made the smell worse! I also had roaches coming from under the tv stand. You can see there was a lot of them underneath the stand. I would not recommend this hotel to no one! Room 117

Found either dirt or blood on the hand soap/ body wash meant for Hand soap.
