Positives - Beds are comfortable and we had a good sleep.
Negatives- Horrible service, trashy grounds that are in need of professional landscaping. Very dated hotel.
I’d definitely stay a couple miles up the road nearer to shopping and dining at one of the newer hotels next time.
Overall, it just felt sketchy.

호텔 시설은 만족할 만한 수준이었다. 다만 예약 상태에 대한 호텔에 완변한 전달이 이루어지지 않았다. 조식포함 예약이었으나 호텔에서는 조식이 포함되어 있지 않은 것으로 되어 있었고 조식에 대한 결제가 이루어졌었다. 나중에 조식 결제가 따로 이루어진 것을 파악하고 바우처를 보여주며 조식 결제를 취소해 달라고 요청해서 취소할 수 있었다. 어디 시스템의 문제 인지는 모르나 예약 상황이 제대로 호텔과 연결되지 않은 문제점으로 불편했다.

Like close to airport. Did not like lackadaisical staff interest in finding a luggage cart. Very long halls not well signed

Shower needs to be updated. It took a few minutes for water to heat up and pressure was low. I reserved a suite and expect better upgrades

Wonderful experience! Staff were all fantastic. The restaurant was great and the room was huge! Would definitely stay here again!

We love their flatbreads and they have a great Caesar salad. In fact we like staying here because we like the bar restaurant, the free shuttle and the closeness to the airport. It’s also a good value.

Everybody from the front desk to the shuttle driver was extremely nice and helpful.
They really helped us have a pleasant stay.

Very convenient to JAX airport, loved the shuttle option. Was easy to make a reservation and check in, rooms were spacious and clean, food was good at the restaurant. A delight when your travel plans get messed up by bad weather!
