Got in late....just slept! Nice stay

It was overall good but one of the employees (Monique) is a horribly employees she always running her mouth if she keep playin wit me im gon pop her in her mouth she needa shush always running her mouth and she so gosh darn rude

Good service I don't know her name but the girl thats here at night not Adrienne but the other one is rude. Besides that the rest of the workers all cool Adrienne and Tiana believe good people. But like I said the girl that's here at night is rude.

The exterior was as pictured. BUT, what wasn't noted is the groups of people sitting around the entrance smoking. The small lobby area smelled of urine and a homeless guy standing around. This is what a roach motel is as there were three in the room. The broken elevator meant we had to walk up the stairs where the emergency exit was propped open by a suitcase. The walk to the room, 216, had a variety of smells, including someone cooking. I got the impression that people use it as a live-in efficiency. The bed looked like a murphy bed, and the dated dresser was broken. The shower dripped the whole time, and the ac unit added to the dripping. The room smelled of mold, and the dirty bed had hair and stains on the pillow. The thin walls meat you heard every conversation in the hallway. If it wasn't late and we weren't tired, we would have left. The loan bright spots were the proximity to food and the one guy cleaning the parking lot around 8:30 the next morning. He was happy to check us out since the front desk didn't open until 9 (according to him). Given the horrible experience, we were not waiting around for anything. Worst hotel experience EVER.

My stay here has been very comfortable, the rooms are clean and very nice. Staff is friendly and parking isn’t too bad. I would recommend for anyone needing somewhere to stay for a while the price isn’t bad at alll. I will continue to stay here.

Brand new friendly staff. Conveniently located to Base Mall shopping highways and interstates. Has a fitness center and on-site laundry. Building is secure all the time. Entry requires hotel key. Great Place. Terrific customer service. I stayed for about 6 weeks. Rooms also include kitchen fully loaded

I traveled a lot because of my job...but this hotel is unique..I stayed three weeks there and they cleaned the room only once ....I did the laundry of the pillow cases. sheets. and towels sweep and mop. ja ja what a joke...from 1 / 29/ 23 to 2 /20 23 Noise room ... Dogs barking almost all night....and many more things......happened during my staying... what a joke...

Usually you make sure the room is prepped for the guest before they arrive. We show up to no toilet paper, so tv remote, no shower curtain, rust in the shower as well as a leaky shower head. We can’t get the tv to work and have had to go to the from multiple times. A light bulb is out in the bathroom and the vent is falling out of place. Not worth.
