Lobby is very nice. It would be nice if they offered atleast coffee and water complimentary, for the amount you pay to stay here. The rooms are not as clean as most. There were orange drip spots all over our bathroom door. Nothing seemed to be wiped down, just sprayed and left to dry so things were sticky to the touch. AC unit is old, and the area around it was covered in dirt or debris of some sort. Water pressure is terrible in the shower. Queen beds would be nice, instead of tiny double beds, for the amount you spend per room. If the rooms were actually cleaned and wiped down (not sticky), my review would be better. Complimentary coffee is a must, in my opinion if you have to pay for a minimal breakfast. Maybe not charge $15 + for breakfast either.

Staff are very friendly, we received a warm welcome when we step at the door. They are remodeling the rooms, our room was one on the new room, it looks good and the beds was great.

Would have given five stars but of the six coffee pods in the room, all six were decaf. People should go to prison for that.

This place is always good with service and how they treat the guest. Checking in at night and they forgot to give us our meal vouchers so the next morning the attendant at the front desk got things together with many unnecessary apologies, mistakes happen. The breakfast was so good and we got there on a cruise day, so that meant buffet... Leaving out for the day and it must've been time for the cleaners to go. They ALL were smiling and greeting me, it's just the little things that make me continue to choose this hotel as my home when I'm in town. Thank you CP and I'll see you again real soon.

Excellent service. Front desk staff is great and very nice. Hotel is clean, and safe. The room was great and the bes very comfortable.

The biggest problem that I had was that the beds were full sized. They were too small for two people to sleep in. A hotel of this reputation should have queen sized beds at the minimum in a two bed room
