Broken A/C so had to change rooms. Staff were helpful. Ended up stuck with a handicapped room on a lower floor.

Property is so convenient to the Florida Theater👍 We took advantage of room service from SHOR, Fish & Chips!! Arrived fast, everything was hot and delicious!! So far 👍👍👍

This hotel is wonderful! Valet was great even though they were very busy. Check in was the fastest ever. Restaurants are great. Very convenient close to venues. Rooms very quiet and comfortable.

Checking in was a nigh**are! We chose not to valet park yet were surrounded by men opening the door to our vehicle even after telling them we were planning to park on our own. On a Wednesday night there was a line and one staff person. After a long day of travel all we wanted was our room keys and a comfy bed. Not so. Beds are hard, pillows are terrible. We won’t stay here again.

What an incredible hotel. The views were spectacular and everyone. There was so extremely nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

We have stayed at this property a year ago with positive thoughts. This stay was not good at all! The hotel did not give us the beds we reserved (3 rooms total). Rooms were not clean. One room smelled like bug spray and the others were had food on the floor and nasty pillows. Parking is awful. We paid $29 on top of room fees. We will not be returning
