When we arrived there was no one there except for the police arresting a drunk driver in the parking lot. We were told by the police not to eat in the area and if we stayed there over night not to go out after dark.. Then we were told by phone that we would have to return after 4pm to register it was then 2pm. At 4pm we returned and found no one there after sending a tex message we registered. The room was clean the tv didn't work.

This place was horrible, no Ice, all the machine were broken, they didn't have any top sheets on the bed, crazy.😵💫

Every time I have stayed at this hotel. The staff is always friendly and quick. It’s always clean and plenty of towels and space. Lots of parking and convenient to many food places. I love that they cater to the people who smoke especially since it’s cold outside. It’s very quiet as well no people yelling or hanging around.

No TV. When I went to complain to the front desk clerk told me the whole hotel had no TV which I suspect was a lie because I never heard of a hotel having no TV! Shower was hard to turn on no phone or coffee in the room paint peeling off bathroom ceiling.

I liked nothing about my stay. No tv service no hot water for 2 days. My fiance had a heart attack and eventually passed from this event and no one from the ofiice acknowledged that rescue was even at the hotel.

Guy at check in could not find the room key, long process. The room had all the lights on and looked as it had been used. We asked for another room and he could not get us one he said, although not many cars there at 9:30pm. We left and had to find another hotel.

The room had a non functioning T.V. , no toliet tissue in room. No soap. Dirty towels. And a bunch of solicitation going on their. When I first arrived people in parking lot was selling clothes and sunglasses. ADDITIONALLY no front desk services

You can tell that the room had been used before hand or someone was using the room while in between guests. I took pictures.
