Stayed one night, facilities are not upto the marks, hygiene level need to improve, their charges are high but service only two star level

Room, amenities, service, behaviours are very good. Only problem is the high price of food.

Location of the hotel is on the Chitrakote main road. Very clean and nicely maintained room & premises. Had complimentary breakfast in the tariff. The breakfast is served in the restaurant in ground floor, had some variety of north and south Indian dishes which were tasty. The staff is very polite and helpful. Stayed in the Executive room which was very spacious and had all the amenities but the only drawback was the bathroom which was very narrow only about 3½ feet width. It was OK for me but for a heavily built person it will be difficult to have a shower. Overall it is a very good hotel and should maintain it like this in future. Will definitely stay there again in future trips.

Pleasant stay. Room was beautiful and very clean. Restaurant and food was very good. Hotel staff are courteous and cooperative. Hotel location a little out of town. We had a vehicle with us, without own vehicle, may be a little difficult to move around.

The hotel is not very old one, about 2-3years old, it is located on chitrakoot road, right on the roadside. The location has some disadvantages, e. G, it is far from both jagdalpur railway station and jagdalpur airport. You need more time and spend more to reach there if you are not driving your car. However once you reach there, you won't find any other shops around. It is like a secluded abode. The plus side of that is a less crowded peaceful neighborhood. We stayed in standard room, the room was good for the rate, but the bathroom could be better, especially the size of basin and other accessories. There was a small balcony too. The hotel has restaurant and food quality was quite good. The breakfast options were very limited. The hotel in my opinion deserves five star recommendations for service and behavior of staff. It was really special. Overall, it was quite good.
