ITC Rajputana, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Jaipur

Stayed 3 nights as part of a longer stay. Fabulous hotel Great welcome Special thanks to concierge Manoj for his assistance wgwn waiting for our transfer to amritsar. Food was excellent Staff were so welcoming and friendly Great hotel with beautiful rooms

Excellent staff Mandeep (I probably spelled name wrong🙊) Went above and beyond This hotel has long hallways Ma can not walk that fa, she needs her wheelchair for long distances (we didn’t bring bcuz we did not plan on walking far) the front desk manager / staff went above and beyond to change/find rooms closer & was accommodating w a wheelchair. The front desk manager / staff and the restaurant staff both breakfast and dinner staff great. the bar staff by the pool were all amazing. The gentleman at the pool bar was our favorite bcuz I have dietary restrictions and he and the chief went above and byond to prepare food for me. Thanks The bell staff/doorman were awesome also, They were very nice to Ma and took care of her needs to get back & forth from & to the room, restaurant/ front door. I’m a bite of a cafe snob the espresso machine at the breakfast buffet taste like espresso/tea not strong and watery but good news for those “real espresso” drinker if u ask for the stronger espresso they bring it from somewhere. Housekeeping staff was on it as well! And the lovely front desk lady who helped my Ma and her Sarees. Thanks U! Very clean hotel just like thier website (bcuz we all know that is sometimes that is not the case) I give them a 5 out of 5 if you can not decide where to stay this is the place! Additionally location is good not to far from all sightseeing.

We arrived for our special occasion stay on [date] with high expectations, having enjoyed the property's food and amenities in the past. Unfortunately, the check-in process was incredibly slow, taking nearly an hour despite arriving after the designated check-in time. This significantly impacted our arrival experience, particularly since we faced a similar delay on a previous stay in January 2021. We hope the hotel can address this bottleneck to ensure a more efficient check-in process for future guests

Stay at ITC rajputana was a pleasant and relaxing one. The hotel is located in the heart of Pink City and just near the Railway Station. So it is pretty easy for people travelling by train to reach there. The hotel is beautifully built with good staff who is pleasing and welcoming. The food served in the hotel is very tasty. Dal baati choorma is a must try. Laal maas is another delicacy not to be missed. The breakfast buffet is also amazing. For travel around the city, we asked the Conceirge. He was indeed helpful in guiding about it.

Hospitality is great "Very good hotel staff is friendly all service is awesome and very nyc location" Amman and Amit (bar Staff) others did their job perfectly. Pavallion Staff (Surrender) and Sheesh Mahal and Jal Mahal (Chandra) service and food were great. Personal attention was given everytime.Must Visit..

Hospitality is the main reason why we chose ITC and it never disappoints us. It was my 45th Birthday celebration and there was no better place to stay than ITC. From the time we checked-in till our check-out we had a flawless experience. We have a very long association with ITC as mine & my siblings marriage functions were done in ITC Maurya, Delhi and recently in Feb'24 my parents 50th Anniversary was celebrated in Maurya. Although, the entire staff at the hotel was amazing, but I would like to specially thank a few of them who made our stay even more memorable. Starting with the front desk, Mr. Karan Agarwal & Mr. Rohit Mathur took good care of us at the time of check-in. They upgraded our room and took care of an issue with our room by immediately shifting us to a pool facing location, which was very convenient for us since our kids wanted to swim the whole day. Ms. Shalu decorated our room for my Birthday, which was very thoughtful and touching. The housekeeping staff - Mr. Dharmesh, Mr. Vijay & Mr. Ankur made an extra effort to keep our room clean and themselves offered to clean the room more than once in a day since we were using the pool and needed our room to be redone. Our dining experience was wonderful as well. We had our first meal at the Pavilion and the staff took great care of us. My Birthday dinner was at Peshawri, where Mr. SM Sharma, Mr. Thakur & Mr. Sunil took good care of the kids and offered them breads and deserts as per their liking, which the kids cherished. We also did Spa, which was again a great experience and we didn't realize how quickly 90 mins massage got over. Overall, it was a great experience and the only sad part of the trip was that it ended way too soon. I thank everyone for making my day so special and I have shared my experience with my family & friends. We will be coming back again soon to enjoy the amazing hospitality at your hotel.

I visited ITC Rajputana at Jaipur last weekend ***** with my family. The hospitality and food was amazing. I stayed in Thikana Suit, it's very spacious and good. It has a sofa and dining table with two TV sets, one facing the bed and the other facing the sofa. The staff is very humble and always ready to guide you. It has 3 restaurants, food is very delicious. They have millet and fresh cucumber, carrot, and other juices in breakfast. The tea stall has a variety of teas and the taste is amazing.

Overall experience has been splendid. Chandra at Jal Mahal has been extremely helpful and polite at service handling all requests with a smile. Shalu at guest services has also been wonderful. Thank you so much Shalu & Chandra for such a wonderful experience.
